It's my first time applying and the app was super easy and user friendly. The agent on the watsapp chatwas very friendly and helpful. The application process was quick and easy. Any questions were answered promptly.

So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

In a country where good client service can be rare, Afrinatic is really a gem within Afrihost and deserves the highest praise, always extremely helpful and friendly and always does goes above at beyond.
