Afrihost are the customer service that MTN can't offer. It's such a shame that they rely on the MTN infrastructire which often lets the down. From Domain creation to Support, Website builders, Mobile Data plans and Airtime management, Afrihost are amazing !

Ive tried numerous internet providers over the years. Afrihost wins by far. The fibre is great and all but its the support service/structure that sets afrihost apart from its competitors.

Sometimes there are some issues, but not enough for me to make their service any less than a 5. And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour. Slow painful start, but i must say, being assisted by Nqobile N today really made a huge difference and i wish they/them, him/her 😁had assisted me a month ago....anyways , im connected. Thank you Nqobile, i had promised myself if it didn't work today im going to another provider..so thank God.
