I would definitely recommend this company any time. Thier help desk via WhatsAap is totally functioning on a pro level. No waiting for hours to be assisted. Within minutes you are connected to a consultant ready to assist. Best communication channel and the customer App is on Point.

Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost. None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory. Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP. I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.

Signed up to Afrihost from another ISP and wow what a difference! Their level of service is incredible. The WhatsApp chat feature is a one stop inquiry shop for all issues from technical to billing. No more emails bouncing from one department to the next or being on the phone for hours. Internet access and speed is great, no issues at all. Very very very happy I made the switch. My only regret is not joining them sooner.
