In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I can only hope that I will receive the same level of excellent service.

Service is fast. Packages are so affordable that one will think it is a scam. Well Afrihost is legit. Signal is better even though it received from another network's infrastructures. Great service.

My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. Good quality fiber, stable internet. Working frome is a breeze having Afrihost as my ISP. Call center staff is well trained and the what's app chat functionality actually works great. Best move I have made. Been with this supplier now for 3 years. Never had any problems and never felt n smidgen of disappointment. Thanks guys.

I know people complain about afrihost but I honestly don't see why. The two or three times my Wifi has been down in the 9 months I've been with them they've always resolved the issue quickly and courteously
