the fact that you can communicate with an actual human being through their whatsapp number is just the cherry on top. the consultants have never failed to assist me with any of my enquiries. they are super friendly, always ready and willing to assist. they also go the extra mile by researching (within minutes) any information of an issue that you're unsure of that they seldom have customers asking about.
i'm so happy i chose them as my 'internet service provider'. 10/10!!!
