Best ISP I've ever dealt with! MWeb is useless, waited a week for any form of response, when I got a response it was to late! Because while waiting for mweb I simply downloaded the Afrihost App, added my address, selected a package, and within a day or two everything was sorted!! If I ever need any help, I simply request a callback on their App, and no longer than 5min later an agent will call me! Hands down best service ever!!!!!

His clear, simple.and easy instructions provided over the whatsapp chat helpline made it so easy for me as a user to do what was required to fix my issue. A gem of an employee. i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area. a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.
