I will recommend Afrihost ANYTIME. They are always available for support, whether its their technical department or accounts/admin department. They will stay on the line and guide you step by step until you are sorted, whether its a technical problem or admin issue. They can call me back if I need them to. They are just perfect. I am using the uncapped data in my phone and I've got data everywhere I go, limitless.

I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.

No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!
