So far over the past 12 years, I have had about a hand full of complaints from my clients regarding being down, and even then, about half the problems were not even related to Afrihost. Afrihost’s WA helpline always replies in seconds or minute or two and nearly always solves the problem. Our fibre connection speed is nearly always what it should be. We’ve been with them years. We also use their fibre package at our holiday flat.
