I signed up for a cloud hosting server package 3 days ago. Received an email saying that the server is ready and I can access it via the login details attached. I tried accessing the server and I am unable to connect. After NUMEROUS emails, support tickets, Whats Apps, Phone calls and even trying to get support on facebook messenger... The server is still not working and all I'm hearing the whole time is the problem will be escalated or that someone in second level support will get back to me, which never happens. Just spoke to hosting support again, and after 2 days, I only find out now that apparently an account manager need to be assigned ot my server in order to allocate a Cpanel... how is it possible that after 2 days of multiple emails and support request, theres only one person being able to tell me this????? I am still waiting for the server to work.
Update: This issue was sorted out so I updated my review.
