I have to commend Koketso, an Afrihost WhatsApp customer care consultant who assisted me greatly. I had been without Internet connectivity for almost a week with multiple attempts to resolve the issue. While not taking anything away from the other consultants who assisted me during this time, Koketso displayed expertise with the issue that went beyond what I had previously encountered. A patient person who gives clear and concise instructions while also showing a depth of understanding of the problem. All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft.
Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)!
Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!

Afrihost has above and beyond exceeded our expectations. We had a major issue with the previous tenant of our unit not wanting to cancel his line and thus blocked our "installation". After 3 days of speaking to the wrong people, I contacted Afrihost directly. By the time they received my call I was sobbing on the phone and the one consultant stayed on the line with me for FORTY FIVE MINUTES exploring EVERY possible option he could. After he couldnt help (where HE almost started crying) he transferred me to another agent who again did everythign in HIS power to assist. Once they realised there was a webiste issue, they sorted it out within 12 hours tops and I was able to process my sale. A manager phoned me directly just to update me on the progress - they promised me a 24 -48 hour response to activate everything and it was done, agai, within 12 hours. My router would be ready for collection 3-5 days after activation, it was available IMMEDIATLEY after activation. I enjoyed working with them tremendously and they definitely earned a lifelong client. Thank you Afrihost - You guys are AWESOME!!
