Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28 October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their service is remarkable.

Afrihost helped me very quickly to resolve my issue with Fibre and they resolved my issue within the hour where Vodacom couldn't assist me after I had signed a sales order with Vodacom and they terminated my service without my knowledge.

Had lte services from other service providers and always had delay in support but afrihost has a lot of different ways to contact them and the WhatsApp assist line is quick and efficient had my issue sorted out in a gif

For months we have been battling to resolve two of our accounts with regard to encryption - NO LUCK
