You’ll be notified once your AirMobile eSIM is ready to be downloaded. You can find your QR code in ClientZone or the App. Choose the relevant mobile number and select ‘Download and activate eSIM’. Select the ‘QR code’ tab and follow the steps below.

• Go to SIM manager. Go to your phone settings and find SIM manager - this is usually under ‘Connections’ or ‘Network and Internet’.
• Add eSIM. Once in the SIM manager, tap on ‘Add SIM’. On some devices you may then have to tap on ‘Download a new eSIM’.
• Scan the QR code. Scan the QR code and wait a few seconds. Tap ‘Add’ and rename your AirMobile eSIM.
• Set your preferences. Under SIM manager set AirMobile as the default for mobile data and calls.

• Welcome to the family! Once your APN is set up, you’re ready to enjoy AirMobile.
