Afrihost helpdesk is very supportive and quick in their responses via the whatsapp platform. For the handful of issues I've encountered I've had my issue resolved usually within 5 mins by helpful friendly people. Keep it up!

Keshia G was so patient and understanding. We spent a lot of time going through a step-by-step process. Keshia took the time to avert what could have been a very frustrating situation.

Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.
