Hardly ever have issues with Afrihost, on the one time I did, the process to log the fault was easy because of the option for watsup assistance. The issue took longer than I anticipated to resolve but it was because the technician assisting me was very patient and wouldn't give up until the issue was resolved, and it was indeed resolved by the end of the chat

I loved that I could buy and handle all the paperwork online. The website is customer friendly and everything runs smoothly. It was also easy to get hold of somebody to assist when I needed it.
