As a long time Vodacom Fibre customer, I need to look for a new service provider as Vodacom Fibre couldn't resolve 2.4GhZ connectivity for over 7 weeks (since 13 April 2025) with numerous calls and reference numbers, all simply got closed without any resolution I asked ChatGPT for the best and most reliable Fibre Service Provider in Johannesburg, South Africa and Afrihost was the highest ranking and most recommended by ChatGPT. I've been an Afrihost client for a number of years now, first with an adsl account and then hosting my email domain. I've always found them to be efficient and very helpful. I only wish I had used them when I changed to fibre and not Telkom!
