Although 1 or 2 customer service agents aren't that nice to talk with when, if ever, an issue occurs. The service delivered by Afrihost is amazing, they are prompt and there is almost no connectivity issues. Will always recommend Afrihost.

Fantastic customer service. Nonjabulo S spent over an hour with me on Whatsapp sorting out my fibre transfer from CellC to Afrihost. This is what they call a 1st world approach to service (that was lacking in my former fibre provider, I'm afraid).
