I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application. Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it. I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. After many consultants and many help requests, finally Anrich v. assisted me and resolved my issue without hesitation on New Years day of all days.
