I've been with Afrihost for several years now, and I won't be changing from them any time soon.
Their prices are at the lower end of the scale and their support is always superb.

Great service over all. I am very happy with Afrihost. Just make sure of the all details regarding cancelation and relocation periods. Billing runs cause unnecessary double deductions during this time

My query was assigned to Shingirai, it was very frustrating and took over an hour. Shingi was super patient and professional. I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed. THANK YOU SHINGIRAI and Afrihost that your excellent customer service does not keep business hours!

My experience with Afrihost was great.
I live in a complex, we moved out router and required our username and password which I thought would be a challenge as the person who had it had left or complex.
Afrihost assisted and we all up and running now.
