They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP.
As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time.
