Afrihost unlike most ISP they have made it easy to receive otps via whatsapp meaning even if your like me mostly outside SA you can still activate most basic actions to resolve issues, also whatsapp chat makes it easier when talking to client care, we are able to send small videos and pictures of our problems, for better understanding. Responses are given in timely manner.

Great from start to finish! Second account I am proudly opening with Afrihost! A friend messaged me while busy with the registration, asking me what I was doing... Told him "signing up with Afrihost"... He replied that I was making the biggest mistake ever, I should rather use *******. I told him to call back later as I want to complete my Afrihost registration without interruptions - and that I have been an Afrihost client for almost 10 years with NO issues! Earlier in Sept I applied and made a payment to vumatel to have fiber installed at my premises. After a month and still waiting for my fibre to be installed and with no promises from vumatel. I decided to apply through Afrihost. Their agents were very helpful. They help me to clear my residence from vumatel and the other ISP hold. I applied for fibre through Afrihost and the following day the fire was installed. I am impressed on how they kept me updated on the progress to the final activation on my account.
