In the 3 years that I have been with Afrihost, I have never encountered an issue that couldn't be solved! The after sales and customer support are fantastic from you guys! Would recommend Afrihost to anyone that needs a new (and actually better) ISP.

We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.

Very good service friendly and very helpfull. I have been with Afrihost for many many years and i have very little problems. But if i havea problem they fix it very quickly and very professionaly. The best not like Rain uncapped Wifi. Endless problems with their product so i am back on my old Afrihost pakage.

I had problem with my route and chat service with Thandolwethu who was efficient effective and manage to resolve my query. Logging issued with my Router, with chat service he/she manage to trouble shoot and reset. Now I can manage users restrict and control.
