I received assistance from a gentleman by the name Hector N. I had an issue with my router as I spilled water on it, which made it switch off, then I dried it, waited for a day or two, then tried it again, then it switched back on, but there were no WAN options to choose from. 1. Firstly, Hector helped me understand the functions of an ONT, the LAN cable, the router and how all these three parts make up what connects me to the internet. 2. The router was clearly damaged, so we tried another, the access points of the new router showed up but there was no internet 3. Hector suggested I get a new router then he taught me how to do the activation so I don't need to reach out to Afrihost again This was such an eye opening session and I give Hector a 10/10, Afrihost as well, I have been with them since 2017 and I am still a happy customer

Switching ISPs was a breeze. Very efficient service from Afrihost. The same day my line was disconnected, they managed to switch on my new line. Great service.

I just want to say how happy I am with afrihost. In 2019 when I moved house and I had to change to a different ISP due to cost of installation via vumatel etc. long story. I was sad to let afrihost go. Now being in a position of going back to afrihost they are not disappointing my decision. Having issues with migration as previous ISP is not releasing the line. Afrihost (which I am technically not a client of yet) is bending backwards to get my problems sorted. Thank you afrihost for confirming my decision with such great service. Happy customer indeed

I have been with Afrihost for a good few years and have had very few problems. The odd problem that has popped up has been quickly and effectively resolved. I have moved my daughter to Afrihost and things are steady on her side too. Thumbs up.
