They all agree. Afrihost is the best

Its always good to work with Afrihost, yes there are some hiccups but this is sorted really quick if you bring it to their attention. There call support always tries to help you to the best of their ability. I have had a small few where it just seems like the caller is reading from a document and not using logic, most of them help you without those pre-typed questions and answers. The internet is good as well, stable for most of the month, when its not that stable you still get around 60% of your line. Well done on the work and efforts you put in.

I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP. As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service.
