During a recent fibre outage I had, I elected to contact Afrihost Support via WhatsApp. I figured this would probably ruin most of my Friday evening at home but I was very pleasantly surprised when Pamela came back to me within a minute or two of the automated reply from the Support line. Pamela had me up & running within 10 minutes which included a mandatory 5-minute shut-down of my ONT box & Router. I was up and running again in about the same amount of time it would have taken me to prepare a decent cup of coffee! Excellent support service from her :-) !

Samuel assisted me for 2 hours trying to connect my router. Like in really from 16 to 18 and stayed calm throughout the whole time, ,something I couldn't do... he is a real asset to Afrihost with allot of patience .
