I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

Amazing service, you get to talk to a human, not like the other ISP's where you get automated responses which takes days to get a response from a human.

Excellent and professional customer service. They offer very competitive data packages from different service providers. They don't have this long nonsense binding contracts, which is very good. When u log a call, they return them.
