Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

I nearly didn’t go with Afrihost because I saw all the good reviews and thought it was fake reviews 😂 But I’m glad to say I’ve never experienced such good help from a company before. I can’t recommend them enough. Keep up the outstanding work Afrihost team 😁
