The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Sure, they cost slightly more than say their 'sister' company BUT if you need to understand, when it comes to security... they are doing it right. Don't use an ISP which do not offer Two-Factor [at the very least] Authentication. Highly recommended.
