Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

😭 I love you guys. This is first world customer service delivered with human compassion and a genuine desire to assist the client. I'd run around their head quarters high-fiving and hugging the staff because they try harder. Other telecommunications companies might think to take a note from their business model, cough cough Telkom...😑

I must admit, it has been a frustrating two days. After being without connection for two days, speaking to multiple agents and although they tried to assist and confirmed that the issue lied with Afrihost, they were unable to assist us and escalated our issue to a manager. We had to keep following up and even sent photos attached to emails without success in getting our issue resolved. Tonight, via the WhatsApp Chanel, we were fortunate enough to speak to Rendani. Although we had to redo everything again(for the 11th time) Rendani went further and solved our problem. Wish we were fortunate enough to speak to him on the very first day. Thank you Rendani it's because of agents like you, that Afrihost receives 5* reviews and we will keep recommending as the best Fibre company.

Good quality service. I had an issue with my line, but The whatsapp option to raise issues is awesome. Feedback is provided very quickly and my issues resolved within less than 15 minutes. No issues from my side. Rarely do we have internet issues or experience long periods of downtime.
