Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

Excellent service because they keep good engineers. I logged a call for an issue, it was handled extremely professionally. The engineer fully understood everything and took ownership of the problem.
