Every single time I email support for assistance im constantly blown away at the speed of the reply and the tech knowledge - politeness and care. Last support ticket your engineers even took the initiative to deduce what I was trying to do never mind only fixing the error i created on the platform backend. They took initiative to give me the answer to what I was working on - and to advise that they are available to support me fixing it if I so wanted. WOOOOW!!!! I’ve recently changed to Afrihost. I relocated and had to book a reinstallation. They were quick to act and arrange a team to come and do the setup. Installation team was friendly and the after hours support is also friendly. Good rates too!
