I didn't know half of what I was being asked to do, but he/she took the time to send me screenshots of what they were referencing making the process of my troubleshooting easier. As he/she couldn't assist me, in finding what the problem with my line is, not only die he/she escalate my problem, but also informed it as a priority as I explained I work from home and need my line without issues as I have to log into a Vietnam server to do my work. Our whole chat took an hour to get through with all the screenshots and him/her waiting for me patiently, I never once felt like I was dumb for not understanding the process.
