I initially applied for fibre through Telkom, but after waiting 10 working days with no feedback, I called them only to be told, quite rudely, that there had been an error and I would need to wait a further 7 working days for it to be resolved. I then applied online through Afrihost, and just 3 days later I had WiFi installed and running. Throughout the process, the Afrihost team kept me updated regularly and responded to my queries almost immediately.
