Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. I have used a few ISPs, even worked for one. In the many years I have been with them (broken service, but came right back after poor experiences with others) I have hardly ever had to make use of their Customer Services, their app does everything you need and I have hardly had downtime despite Vumatel. But if you HAVE to use whatsapp for Customer Service, Afrihost outshines their competitors with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Defs recommend.
