Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy.
