I moved in to a new house and Afrihost made it easy enough for me to take over the account of the previous owner, ensuring there's no violation of private information for either the previous owner or myself. Since then, I've been pretty happy with Afrihost. I've had little to no downtime over the years and when I need assistance, they're pretty helpful.

I've done quite a few websites for people and I always recommend they use afrihost. You can't beat that customer service anywhere. Everytime I have an issue building a website or setting up hosting for companies I contact them on whatsapp or mail their hosting team and they sort out the problem in minutes, not matter how bad you think it is. They simply make that problem go away. I'll never recommend anyone go anywhere else.
