I phoned Afrihost to request information because I was looking for the possibility of joining their FTTH unfortunately the email connected to me was blocked and the gentleman who was helping me was excellent and he understood my problem. He was patient with me and went all the way to Investigate my problem and pointed me to the relevant Depart of Afrihost that will assist me further. Now this is 21st Century ISP! I am get pure Fibre, no shaping, no throttling, 30Mbps/30Mbps at R799, a super fast 3Gbps Wifi router for free and the application was all online within 5 minutes. No calls, no nonsense. Then for support they have an absolutely functioning whatsapp chat line with quality staff. I can say nothing bad about these guys.

Best ISP out there. I was with them back in 2013. Move MTN some other ISP as well but never ever got the service like Afrihost.... Solved a problem in an hour that other ISPs could not solve in a week. Really happy
