Been with Afrihost since August 2018. Almost never have outage issues and when there is it's fixed within the same day. They understand that working from home, we can't afford to be down for days at a time! And their customer service is always on point!

I used Whatsapp comms to request to move my ONT and fibre line. Received excellent service, and assistance was so efficient. Everything was arranged and sorted with a technician coming out to sort the problem less than 24 hours later.

What I like about them is that, they have a WIFI help platform which means you can send them pictures of all those technical funny stuff that you don't even understand as you go along so that you and the operator are on the same page ,and you don't have to worry much about whether you've explained the problem to them correctly because they see it as well. This reduced my anxiety as the client during the entire process. LOL, I was setting up my WIFI router just incase you're wondering as to what happened because I had recently switched from another service provider, and boy am I glad I did. Anyways, I think I will be stuck with these guys for a very long time, and thankfully by choice!

Afrihost has a next level customer support and experience, their teams and knowledgable and truly helpful. I have never had an answer like 'Sorry I do not know or unfortunately we cannot assist'. They find out, help and fix it.

Afrihost never give any issues. Speeds promised are almost always achieved or very near to it unlike other ISP's whom are far too often the source of complaints on our neighbourhood WhatsApp group.. Afrihost rocks!
