Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service. Afrihost unlike most ISP they have made it easy to receive otps via whatsapp meaning even if your like me mostly outside SA you can still activate most basic actions to resolve issues, also whatsapp chat makes it easier when talking to client care, we are able to send small videos and pictures of our problems, for better understanding. Responses are given in timely manner.
