A+, given the conditions of the infrastructure in SA, Afrihost has been a reliable service provider whether it be hosting, internet access etc, their costumer service has always been topnotch.

Afrihost is amazing, they reply immediately on WhatsApp, oh and I mean immediately, 30 seconds is too long. Their only flaw is Vuma, you know Vuma, the one that doesn't reply to client emails and requests. But Afrihost talks to them for you, you don't have to do anything 🤌🏽

I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly. I’ve always received great support. Fiber to home connected with fantastic uptime and mobile data rates cannot be beat - and you get 1GB free each month, no contract, all on prepaid. It’s the way to go. So happy a tech savvy friend recommended them years ago. I also manage our business phones via the app which is easy to navigate.
