I’ve recently changed to Afrihost. I relocated and had to book a reinstallation. They were quick to act and arrange a team to come and do the setup. Installation team was friendly and the after hours support is also friendly. Good rates too!

Ricky rebooted their server without asking me to repeat anything and was pleasant, polite, competent and quick. Love this kind of communication.

My query was assigned to Shingirai, it was very frustrating and took over an hour. Shingi was super patient and professional. I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed. I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My mobile wi-fi works perfectly and so does my email and all my domains work well as well. So I kind of have numerous products of theirs. Give them a try as I would use them again and again.
