What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees. The representative who assisted me (unfortunately his name was to long to remember) was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home. This was my fist interaction with Afrihost and normally I am very sceptic on how services can be through electronic communication, but I was very impressed with how this was done. My contact person, Gershom was very helpful. He answered all my questions in a supper fast and effective way and on top of that was also very friendly. The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system. He helped me clear that up and gave me great customer care. He was very patient with me and guided me throughout the whole process. Big up to him. He deserves a raise if a promotion.
