A Special mention to Char Bonneau, wow, what an amazing person, every time we interact, I feel like Char is sitting right next to me or with my family / friends to help sort out the issue, or get a new service activated or just being there to find out if we okay. Had no internet since last night 23 november 202. Did everything and nothing worked. Then this morning i went on to the whatsapp chat with afrihost and they connected me with Thabiso D. And you would this that a chat is going to take forever but not with afrihost and Thabiso. I was helped so quickly that im thinking now why did i stress the whole night if theres a Thabiso D at Afrihost. Thanks for the excellent experience. This was awesome.
