Very helpful and thorough. I did however mention to the agent, that I will have to monitor the service throughout the day to see if I am going to have the same problem with the signal interruption.

I do not just rate any institution 5 stars as I do not believe in walking on water But for Afrihost I will. Been with them for more than 10 years and still waiting to complain !! :)

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

I can't even remember when I joined Afrihost, it has been some years now, somewhere in the 2000's. And ever since joining I have had multiple products with them, and I have never had any kind of bad experience from them. Afrihost really stands out and understands the true meaning of 'CUSTOMER SERVICE & EXPERIENCE', something that has become less common elsewhere.
