I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful. They did not just tell me to do a standard router reboot, she kept asking me to run a few tests and even though she got me to realise a higher speed, she went the extra mile and checked the settings on her end and got me the actual speed I was paying for. Well done Afrihost, great platform and good on you for getting competent staff on the frontline. I would recommend Afrihost to anyone.

Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!! Good quality fiber, stable internet. Working frome is a breeze having Afrihost as my ISP. Call center staff is well trained and the what's app chat functionality actually works great.
