Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.

I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful.
