Had a hiccup with tracking the delivery of my router (not Afrihost's fault), jumped on the WhatsApp chat and received accurate information immediately, and that on a Saturday afternoon after Black Friday. I’ve been very happy with Afrihost. It’s just a pity that when I moved to the South Coast my SIM card was blocked. I cancelled my contract only to find out that if I updated my address with Afrihost my SIM card could have been unblocked and I could have continued with Afrihost. I subsequently signed up with another ISP for two years. Afrihost was really the more affordable option.
