I have a domain plan with Afrihost. I wouldn’t change to other domain brands, for example the international ones, because of the excellent support I get from Clientzone in Afrihost. I can’t wait to upgrade plans with them on this journey I’m on.

I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package.
