I’ve used Afrihost for longer than I can remember. I’ve used them for adsl lines back in the day and then vdsl (I actually tested their fair use policy and made it on the top 10 highest data users in the country and not shaped or throttled once on a 20Mb vdsl line) I’ve used them for small businesses and I’ve been with their mobile data plan for years now and working in the IT industry, I’ve dealt with a lot of service providers and as a data provider. I HIGHLY recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone who has mtn! Use Afrihost data! One down side is that they rely on third party companies (helkom, frogfoot and whoever) almost all the issues I’ve had are with the physical providers. And Afrihost support has always been extremely helpful even with dealing with third parties like telkom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ there. 6 stars. Afrihost is a solid data provider

Would like to commend Harold from the Technical Department for the most amazing service. I had an problem with connectivity that initially did not seem like it could be resolved. Harold went the extra mile to solve the issue - nothing was too much trouble. He continued to pursue the issue over a number of days and kept me informed all along the way. In summary - what wonderful service - thank you so much.

Last week we were without internet for 3 whole days. It affects us badly as my household works from home. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 separate occasions and all they said do a hard reboot for 15 minutes. Sigh. Of course we already tried that but they insisted that will solve the problem. Eventually I speak to a technician called Jono. He spoke to us for almost 2 hours troubleshooting. What an absolute star! After figuring out what went wrong our internet was back up within 3 hours! I am not sure if those other technicians are not trained or they just don't care about their job but Jono really saved the day. Putting in all that effort and so very helpful :) So, thank you Jono!
