I have been with Afrihost for a while and regularly engage on their Whatsapp support platform. One of the agents, Gershom M, assisted me today and was such a breath of fresh air. Afrihost, please hold onto the agents like these.

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

I received really fast feeback, and great friendly service from Afrihost this morning. I am impressed. I requested a callback and got the call within minutes, chatted on Whatsapp, got a response within minutes... 200% better service than I received with my previous two internet providers.. Lets hope they keep up the great service....... I trust that they will!
