As a long time Vodacom Fibre customer, I need to look for a new service provider as Vodacom Fibre couldn't resolve 2.4GhZ connectivity for over 7 weeks (since 13 April 2025) with numerous calls and reference numbers, all simply got closed without any resolution I asked ChatGPT for the best and most reliable Fibre Service Provider in Johannesburg, South Africa and Afrihost was the highest ranking and most recommended by ChatGPT. I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up.
