Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. I have now issues with Afrihost and they help me quickly when I have queries. They are affordable and easy to communicate with. The only downside is the app doesn't work if my data is up, but luckily I can phone then and recharge that way.
