Had a query regarding signal on my router dropping repeatedly after a month of working fine. Help on the Wattsapp chat by Ricky S was set up quickly and easily. Ricky rebooted their server without asking me to repeat anything and was pleasant, polite, competent and quick. Love this kind of communication.

Honestly, everytime I contact Afrihost for assistance, they are quick and effecient. I've dealt with soo many ISPs and this one is by far the best. I will not move without knowing if they can provide services at my new place! A 5* from me!

Have been with Afrihost for more than 3 years now and I love their service. I'm on a month-to-month contract so I can cancel any time, but I have never felt the need to cancel. The internet signal is reliable and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service team. :)

I’ve recently changed to Afrihost. I relocated and had to book a reinstallation. They were quick to act and arrange a team to come and do the setup. Installation team was friendly and the after hours support is also friendly. Good rates too!
