Afrihost is the KING of ISP's! What a fantastic experience when I walked into their customer care centre this morning. My fibre router was faulty. Met with Vuyo who sorted me out in a very professional manner. I was literally in and out in 8 minutes. This is customer service! Thank you to Vuyo and the technical team!

I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.
