JHB Water hit the fibre cable in our complex. Within less than an hour of reporting it to Afrihost, they had contacted OpenServe and a technician was on site. Repair was made within three hours of the breakdown on a Friday! Excellent service from both Afrihost and OpenServe. JHB Water... take notes...

And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to….
