Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

These are good at their thing especially their response time is excellent. I didnt know where to start but they helped me all the way through until email setup done. You guys deserve a coffee!!!
