I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. Afrihost is the one ISP that does not tie you to them with a long term contract. They even installed my fibre connection and gave me a wifi router free of charge and with absolutely no strings attached. They do however keep you tied to them by providing very good end-user support. There staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in the manner in which they provide support.
