Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

Great backup and sales services. Great speeds. Easy to navigate website. (Use Ctrl + scroll to navigate application form.) I'm on LTE and I'm getting on average 50mbps but it does go to 90mbps sometimes. I'm in JHB south where there is no ADSL or fiber available. Hope you install it first. I do recommend Afrihost.

I was freaking out as I was late with my subscription payment and finally had an opportunity to execute it but couldn't log in obviously. Afrihost staff were super informative and helpful. Very patient. They didn't just treat me as an account that needed to be paid. Their human interaction was exemplary. 100% Satisfactory. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
