Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.

The best, all enquiries solved quickly, responce rate absolutely great. TANNER is the definition of Brilliance :D .Fairly easy platform (client zone) would recommend to anyone. I had to come back and add a few comments ;D absolutely great,tech wise am on 0, but i managed to built my own website with the aid of previous QnAs. So if a person who just knows word can do it mm just smiles.

Received the worst of assistance today. I was calling because my website was showing errors and and it said disc usage full in cpanel. The guy could only say they can't assist contact your web developer, I told him I created it using YouTube so I don't know what's wrong myself. Last time we had a similar problem it was resolved just aftr emailing. He advised to upgrade the package, but that's not the solution,even f I upgrade it wi still happen and you will say upgrade again. I already have 8 different packages with afrihost, I know this is busines but after so many years how can the only solution to my problem be upgrade the package clearly they are not keen on helping or just define the service provided to just 'hosting any other things its not our area'

Afrihost is amazing. Speeds, no throttling, no issues. I even once was in the process of changing bank accounts and my debit order had not moved over yet, they didn't suspend services and gave me a further 19 days to pay the arrears. No other service provider does that. The support for customers are second to none. I had issues early on a Sunday morning, which was no fault of Afrihost but rather Openserve, but one Whatsapp message and an actual human being was on the opposite end of the chat and was able to update me on the Openserve issue, ETR and even apologized for the inconvenience caused which was no fault of Afrihost. Service like this is very hard to come by. Keep up the great service and work.
