OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY COMFORT AT AFRIHOST
I was without Wi-Fi/ Internet/ WhatsApp for 20 hours. My 5 year old D-Link Modem (Router) packed-up. The fibre network at our home was installed by Vumatel but it is serviced by Afrihost. Comfort, a lady working at Afrihost provided outstanding customer service this morning. The old D-Link router was reset, various logins attempts were made and she came to the conclusion that the router had come to the end of its life. She quickly organised a replacement modem (at no cost to me) and offered me the option of having the new modem delivered to our premises or I could collect the device from Afrihost. I chose the latter as I was in a great hurry to get back to the internet. My WiFi/ Internet/ WhatsApp are now up and running and back to normal. What a relief!

So far so good Afrihost - I am impressed with your client service and promise delivery - highly recommended - real time response and on the ball first line tech support. I just wish my current complex allowed me to use Afrihost. Instead I am forced to use another service provider.

Great experience having Afrihost as my data provider. I was able to downgrade my LTE package with one click through client zone. We decided to keep the LTE after installing Fibre (also with Afrihost). Lesego N on the whatsapp chat assisted me within minutes.

I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference.
I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work. The problem was resolved quickly, and with zero hassle.
