I've used Afrihost at my mom's place for 4 years today and they have the best service. They are prompt in responding to WhatsApp. Their challenges are with the infrastructure provide, Vuma. Vuma is the worst things that happened to communities. No customer service at all

They can contact Evotel for you so that you don't need to worry about trying to contact Evotel. You also get sent a ticket number. I can recommend signing up with them.
