Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. Very reliable ISP, used them for years. Recently had to relocate line, and Xolani S. had me up and running in less than 30min at the new location, called me back to check it was working, etc... all round excellent service. You deserve a raise Xolani!
