The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

I had nothing but excellent service in my time with them, the only reason I moved was there inability to match pricing with there competitors. These days pricing means a lot when clients are scraping the bottom of the barrel, all due to circumstances .

After calling the Afrihost’s landline to discover that they were closed and I needed to sort out my lack of internet access, I attempted the WhatsApp chat support. I only had a minor problem which was identified through initial picture being sent to my technician and then a video which quickly pointed to the problem and potential solution. For this minor issue the WhatsApp support was brilliant and although as my WiFi was down I was still able to communicate with the technician via my phone data. Keep it up Afrihost!
