Quick response from Afrihost 24/7 whatsapp and call back. All resolved. Was our problem as didnt realise power was off on Openserve box 🙈as it is only 30cm from floor and lights not visible without lying on the floor looking up at it. Will have to ask Openserve to come and move it further up the wall so as to be more easily accessible.

Great customer service experience I have received by Tumelo(technical dept) he went over and above to assist me even after his shift. That young man kept to his word when he said he needs to leave but will give me a call once he gets home and thats what he did,a man of his word. Well done young man for your excellent service you have provided me keep it up.
