They even prepared the router for me so all I had to do was plug in which was flawless. MTN and Vodacom… you guys have no understanding of Customer & Service.

I had network problems using Data throughout my interaction and I was so scared that they will cut me off after being unresponsive but I always went back to our chats with an assistant kindly checking if I am still there.

Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap.
