Afrihost has always been great. Now Vumatel part of it all and we still waiting for our WIFI to be relocated. Vumatel put in the cable and box but did not connect and ended up blowing another fibre line in the process.

Had problem with wifi connectivity when I woke up on the morning of 12/01/25. Had no internet access and was unable to get agents outside of the operating times. Did leave a request for call back and waited for WhatsApp line to be opened at 7am. They called me very quickly shortly after 7am and also had an agent on WhatsApp assisting me and they rectified my connection which was a glitch on their side. Very professional and patient team. So far a good service provider and will recommend them for quality service providers.

There was a very quick response to my request for help, and even more excellent was the person on the other end either answered immediately or he said: “I just have to do …. I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!

I've almost never had any issues with my Afrihost fibre. And on the rare occasion that I did, their response was extremely quick and very helpful. Great service!
