First time using Afrihost with a new private internet connection with new router and VOIP phone. I was kept up to date on every step of the process. Products were delivered on time and the installation team arrived on time and got everything set up in minutes. And when I called the Afrihost Whatsapp line to get my VOIP phone registered, they responded in seconds and patiently talked me thorough the steps until all was working perfectly. Really impressed. I have now issues with Afrihost and they help me quickly when I have queries. They are affordable and easy to communicate with. The only downside is the app doesn't work if my data is up, but luckily I can phone then and recharge that way.
