Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected.
