Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile.
