Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient.
The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation.
In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.

Running my domain and hosting via Afrihost and have had such great help with any issues I’ve had/struggled with - whether it was something I had done on my end or not they were always extremely friendly, helpful and always got the issue fixed within a few minutes.

I'm getting 20 mbps for R300 throttled to 4mbps at 100 gig threshold.... the best in that price range. and the customer care is always available on WhatsApp.

I'm a website developer and today I had some problems with the setting up a new website, I could not The account details that usually is sent to me through e-mail did not arrive when after 4 calls and talking to 4 different people still no results forthcoming I then talked to a lady named Nokuthula and this was a total disgrace as she did not know what were account details I was looking for When told that I was looking for User and password she simply ignored me. My frustration is now immense but by hook or crook I managed to get the necessary user and password the site was eventually up but it can not be seen on phones I was told but another person that they had to tweak something on the server, but I must write an email for them to do that I sent email and 2 hour later I still have no joy. Being a customer with AFRIHOST for the last 16 years this is no way to treat a customer. PURE JOY, NO SIR you are not. Shame on all of you for not being professional and caring.

I was freaking out as I was late with my subscription payment and finally had an opportunity to execute it but couldn't log in obviously. Afrihost staff were super informative and helpful. Very patient. They didn't just treat me as an account that needed to be paid. Their human interaction was exemplary. 100% Satisfactory. I would recommend them with no hesitation. They sorted me out very efficiently. SassyCook, thanks for your patience! Beverley and Reratilwe were awesome.
