Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!! Afrihost offers a great service, has awesome pricing promotions once every now and then. Afrihost has adequate communication in down time and sends out information when it's required. I have been with them for 10 years this year and I won't be moving any time soon.

In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost.
