I had a wonderful experience today when I made use of the WhatsApp function to help me with our business account.
We thank Kaitlyn who understood the problem I was having without me even knowing what it was. She assisted and had given me step by step instructions to rectify the reason for the problem.
Not once did I feel stupid as she translated into better terminology explaining what I needed to know and I thank her for it.
Initially the thought of how we were going to fix the issue was daunting as it was a back and forth between myself and the web developers until I bit the bullet and asked Afrihost to help.
I wish I had just done it sooner instead of wasting time.

I moved from one ISP to Afrihost because of the service and lack of accountability. First customer service contact through chat (Which is something my previous ISP didn't have [MWEB] in 2024?!) i was blown away, thanks for making me feel valued and listening! You listened and sometimes that's all customers need.

I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order.
One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!
