Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.

I have been with Afrihost for close to 5 years now and I am extremely happy with their service. They give excellent service honestly and are the best in the business. It's always prompt and efficient service and friendly chat agents on the WhatsApp service. Even when they do not have an immediate solution, they always keep you in the loop. Big ups to them.
