As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful.
It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to.
With some companies, you have to ask for a specific person to help. With Afrihost, never.

A special thank you to Ricky S from Afrihost, who assisted my husband via the WhatsApp customer service portal. I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference.
I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work. The problem was resolved quickly, and with zero hassle.

Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient.
The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation.
In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.
