I was an mweb customer. Incredible wait times to get a chat going, and then supa slow chat responses. I looked at webafrica ... Didn't like the R1000 termination fee. I tried Axxess,... Incredibly slow and long waits to get to a service agent, who was servicing multiple people at the same time. A conversation that should take 3 minutes taking 15 , at the time when I was trying to give them money. Afrihost worlds apart. Used the whattsapp tool and was in contact with a focused representative almost immediately. Got the fiber deal I wanted and am sorted. Goodbye mweb, hello happy days.

Best internet experience since joining Afrihost 3 months ago after being with Telkom for may years. Their client service via WhatsApp is outstanding. Not holding on for minutes to talk to an agent and passed from one to another. One stop problem resolution.

Always a pleasure to interact with Afrihost client services, via telecoms or WhatsApp or email. Responses are swift, agents are friendly, patient and very courteous. Been with Afrihost on different packages for almost 15th are now, and never have I ever encountered any issues that went unresolved with immediate affect. Really glad I chose Afrihost over all the other service providers!!!

Very helpful and insightful - as long as you have your details and know what you need help with, problems get resolved very quick and efficiently... Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.
