I woukd like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent customer support ( Friday 30th May 25) I received when I requested a call fir a Wifi data top up.The young lady who assisted me was calm.kind patient and extremely helpful. She took her time to explain and ensure that everything was handled smoothly and never made me feel rushed. It was truly a pkeasant exoerience. Asked my previous ISP provider to move my connection to a new location, giving them a month and a half notice of the move, after 10 days after the move and nothing happening apart from they will escalate the problem, I cancelled with them, and contacted Afrihost, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and best of all they kept me informed of the progress .
