We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. If the infrastructure causes problems, people always tend to blame the ISP when it’s not their fault. I like dealing with Afrihost they are the best ISP I ever dealt with.
