No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

Iv been with Afrihost for almost 6 years now. I had an issue ONCE and that was me being an idiot. Thankfully, the Afrihost team were there to help, single call me request with a phone call back in 3 minutes. 2 minutes on the Line with an amazing Service rep, and boom, problem solved.
