My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... Amazing team @ Afrihost: Sfiso M, Siphamandla N, Siphiwe M. I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff. Keep it up and THANK YOU all for an amazing service....Can someone put some flames under Openserve's behinds so my fibre can be up and running..... It's now 16days of waiting ugh Thanks Shafz

Getting better every day. I have been with Afrihost for over 12 Years. The support or help service seems to be more focused toward beginners and new clients and there are a few too many processes to have to navigate through before you can get to experienced support staff (from a Reseller or experienced user Perspective) but as I say, getting better every day.
