So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

Afrihost is by far the best internet and customer services that I have had in years compared to other internet providers especially providers like herotel their internet and services are horrible i haven't had any problems with afrihost

Highly recommend afrihost, whatever you do don't sign up with vodacom. No client service, no truth and not worth it. Afrihost is the way to go.

Of all the internet service providers I've been with before, Afrihost is by far the best this far. Undoubtedly the best wireless internet provider in South Africa. The network speeds, amazing! Customer service, real time response! What more can you ask for?
