They all agree. Afrihost is the best

No problems with Afrihost contrary to some other people's experiences. Maybe I'm lucky, caught their support staff on a good day or they're trying the best they can and make mistakes sometime. Anyway, based on my experiences with my current fibre line, UPS, one domain with the low end shared hosting, I have received nothing but excellent service for the amount of money I pay every month.

I can honestly say that in all the years I have been an Afrihost customer I have never had an issue with them. Their customer service is 10/10, support is easily accessible and the way their packages/contracts are structured allows for some flexibility that I haven’t found with other providers. I have had an Afrihost LTE router and Afrihost data (APN with MTN), I currently use them as our email provider as well as our Fibre provider.

So, in my view this is the best ISP. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors but it’s worth it. I’ve never been left hanging with queries, there’s always someone who helps me on WhatsApp, telephonically or I can resolve the issue on clientzone (their website) been using them since 2019 and I’m very happy still at 2023.

At first enrolling was a mishap but they fixed it and gave me credit and i cannot lie so far i have not had any issues, my fibre is fast even connecting to the VPN i work smooth. So so far im happy and i hope it stays that way Afrihost
