They are a little bit expensive but they are hardly ever Down. On the few occasions that I’ve had to contact the technical support via WhatsApp – they were able to sort me out quickly. The only downside is the technical support is not 24 /7

From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.

Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.
