Afrihost's philosophy is simple: Customer Service first, and Quality products. Their staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and help all hours of the day. And when something goes wrong, they resolve it speedily. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Again. They managed to help me in minutes and sort out my connection issue (was my fault, I reset my router settings). 5 stars plus!

Afrihost is great. I now have their fibre and a data sim for my phone. Their service at the Rivonia walk-in centre was welcomin=g, efficient and knowledgeable. Gregory P was beyond patient about answering my questions. Other service staff have kept me updated on the fibre process with calls and emails. Everything has worked seamlessly. And you can talk to a real person if you have a problem. Should have done this years ago.

Need to store some approved LTE modems (like two options for cheap ones and two options for advanced, expensive ones) and have the option to pay the modem off otherwise support has been awesome and service great
