I have had really great service from Afrihost. (2019 - 2025) Started with fibre, then LTE, now LTE once again. The fault fixing service is the best I have ever dealt with. And the agents are pretty good. Above all things, you’re communicating with a person, not a bot. I would sincerely recommend Afrihost to my nearest and dearest because I choose them for myself. Please keep up the exceptional service. You truly stand above your competitors.

The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system. He helped me clear that up and gave me great customer care. He was very patient with me and guided me throughout the whole process. Big up to him. He deserves a raise if a promotion.
