I've been a client of Afrihost since it's inception in Mitchell's Plain , Mitchell's plain Fibre then it changed now to Vuma Reach. I started off with the normal 20mpbs line and just today upgraded to the 100mbps line due to us having and getting to many gadgets over the years that needs wifi. My experience thus far has been great 👍 no real issues that wasn't handled promptly and efficiently by the Afrihost staff. They also have a dedicated watsup line which I use at times. So far so good , ive never had big problems or problems like my other friends had. And they deduct their monthly installments from my bank account every month so I don't struggle with vouchers and loading like some of my friends do. So Afrihost keep up the good work, I'm happy as can be 100%

I've been with Afrihost for years, I moved away 5 years ago, as I had to take over the ISP from the owner when I bought our new house, but very quickly moved back to Afrihost. Friendly and Efficient service and accounts representatives. Highly recommend Afrihost.

I had a query about one of the domain names registered in my name. Logged a query on ClientZone. I had a response in short moment but unfortinately I got busy with other things ... and could only complete my query after 17:30. Then I called and was redirected to using WhatsApp.afrihost.com. What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees. The representative who assisted me (unfortunately his name was to long to remember) was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home.
