I was expecting to have to email hosting myself and wait forever for a response (especially since it’s a Sunday), but the agent stepped in and handled everything for me directly. Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

I always get good service from Afrihost. The few times I had issues, it got sorted out very quickly. Consultant even gave suggestions for me to use for future. The WhatsApp service is very efficient. Well done Afrihost.

Good quality fiber, stable internet. Working frome is a breeze having Afrihost as my ISP. Call center staff is well trained and the what's app chat functionality actually works great. Best move I have made. Been with this supplier now for 3 years. Never had any problems and never felt n smidgen of disappointment. Thanks guys.
