A special thank you to Ricky S from Afrihost, who assisted my husband via the WhatsApp customer service portal. I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference. I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work. I've been dealing with Afrihost for many years now. They are a great hosting service provider at an affordable price. They have excellent support services and the walk in client centre in Rivonia is the best. I dont know of any othe SA hosting provider that still provide a face to face client centre. Please keep that direct link with the public open. In today's online world, this to me is what sets Afrihost apart from its competition. Direct, face to face support when you need it.
