They were always willing to help and assist with all my questions. They were all very friendly and didn't mind simplifying the terminology to make things easier to understand.

So, in my view this is the best ISP. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors but it’s worth it. I’ve never been left hanging with queries, there’s always someone who helps me on WhatsApp, telephonically or I can resolve the issue on clientzone (their website) been using them since 2019 and I’m very happy still at 2023.

Ported some numbers to airmobile and have been enormously impressed so far. Everything including the dreaded RICA was completely friction free. The joy of hopefully never having to call MTN for support again is hard to express.
