I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service.
