They make contacting them so convenient through whatsapp and always able to resolve the problem in a timeously manner. I also appreciate that if I am not sure what to do when it comes to my fibre that they are not condescending or patronizing. Really good service. Keep it up!

I've been struggling with Webafrica for more than 2 weeks and I got told they can't pin my location on vumatels portal (make no mistake this was after reaching out to me on Facebook saying they will sort it out in 2-3 days )......I decided enough is enough and told them to cancel .....contacted afrihost and in 20 minutes process was completed and payment was made for the installation to take place. 20 minutes it took to resolve an issue plaguing me for 2 weeks.
