Their personalised WhatsApp system js a game changer for me. I wasn’t dealing with a bot but an actual person who could guide me. The consultant over WhatsApp was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given the complexity of the matter it took hours but they were there guiding me every step of the way. I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.
