Incredibly slow and long waits to get to a service agent, who was servicing multiple people at the same time. A conversation that should take 3 minutes taking 15 , at the time when I was trying to give them money. Afrihost worlds apart. Used the whattsapp tool and was in contact with a focused representative almost immediately. Got the fiber deal I wanted and am sorted. Goodbye mweb, hello happy days.

Always get timely assistance. Much better service than my previous service provider. I've been using afrihost for years for hosting and now will be switching over to theor fibre as well. Will always recommend. The WhatsApp chat function is also very easy and convenient to use.

Afrihost offers an amazing internet providing service. They never throttle your speeds, and have 99.9% uptime for sure. They deliver an extra fee Mbps to your fibre line consistently as well. Used them in many if my locations without any hassles. 200Mbps is 210Mbps, 50Mbps is 52Mbps, etc. Love their service!
