They have amazing support service. I had a call with Nokuthula and she helped me as I struggled to connect my router coz I didn’t know how to. She was so patient with me..their service is incredible. The internet works amazing.

I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.

Signed with another ISP in Feb 2021. No successful installation with them so cancelled yesterday (27th May. Signed with Afrihost yesterday (27th May after confirming cancellation of previous ISP). Installation and config completed today (28th May!) Very happy to recommend this company as ISP
