I needed help setting up my Outlook email. There was a bit of a hiccup, because I needed to follow steps regarding updating my password on the Clientzone and re-entering new logins on AfriHost in order to active my Outlook mail. I have now issues with Afrihost and they help me quickly when I have queries. They are affordable and easy to communicate with. The only downside is the app doesn't work if my data is up, but luckily I can phone then and recharge that way.

Great customer service. I don't have to stay on the line for consultants. I can easily communicate via WhatsApp and it save me time and money. The previous service provider made me to wait when I called and I had to buy a lot of airtime to call them. I am happy with Afrihost.
