I am so impressed, such customer service deserves more than just 5 stars.

For me, the key thing with ISPs is availability of support when the connectivity has issues. Afrihost’s support is on point. The fact that we can text on whatsapp makes things much easier, even better than they’re available even after hours (upto 19:30 during the week). The constant and timely updates for network issues helps ease frustrations when internet connection suddenly dies.

I never had any problems from them on their fibre or there prepaid services they are cheaper than most and when there is any problems they notify you 1st and get a handle on it immediately
