Afrihost is amazing. Speeds, no throttling, no issues. I even once was in the process of changing bank accounts and my debit order had not moved over yet, they didn't suspend services and gave me a further 19 days to pay the arrears. No other service provider does that. The support for customers are second to none. I had issues early on a Sunday morning, which was no fault of Afrihost but rather Openserve, but one Whatsapp message and an actual human being was on the opposite end of the chat and was able to update me on the Openserve issue, ETR and even apologized for the inconvenience caused which was no fault of Afrihost. Service like this is very hard to come by. Keep up the great service and work.

I'm a website developer and today I had some problems with the setting up a new website, I could not The account details that usually is sent to me through e-mail did not arrive when after 4 calls and talking to 4 different people still no results forthcoming I then talked to a lady named Nokuthula and this was a total disgrace as she did not know what were account details I was looking for When told that I was looking for User and password she simply ignored me. My frustration is now immense but by hook or crook I managed to get the necessary user and password the site was eventually up but it can not be seen on phones I was told but another person that they had to tweak something on the server, but I must write an email for them to do that I sent email and 2 hour later I still have no joy. Being a customer with AFRIHOST for the last 16 years this is no way to treat a customer. PURE JOY, NO SIR you are not. Shame on all of you for not being professional and caring.

They are just awesome. Each call centre person i have dealt with have been super patient and they know what they are doing. I have never had a bad experience and have been with Afrihost for many years now.
