Not happy with the fact that you closed my connection after only 2 days not paying .... I'm going to cancel your subscription this month after paying ... but all in all afrihost is the best in everything except that one little mistake .... good service always connected unless you don't pay in time ... so I'm just a cry baby but yea I'm out hopping to the next service provider hope they don't disappoint if they do I'm coming back it's not like we fought and stuff ...

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone
