Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.

I am in the process of Signing-up for Afrihost Fibre and have been a client for years as they host my domain as well as channel my data through them as I find this to be much cheaper than using the normal service provider data packages on my telephone. I have been dealing with other ISP's where the service was horendous.
