...there are reasons why I chose Afrihost as my service provider over 8 years ago... firstly their advertising was 'catchy'... they responded swiftly when I needed them to...they provided the connectivity they promised continually...I briefly discontinued my relationship with them due to moving from Durban to Johannesburg... and the reconnection with them was absolutely hassle free...as was my move from ADSL to Fibre...I then disconnected again when I moved suburbs and experienced the same dedication that they have provided me with since the start of our relationship all those years ago...their whatsapp help line and their 'call me back' response times are mind blowing to say the least and they have an awesome 'Client Zone'. Overall excellent service from both Sicelo and Afrihost. I'm grateful for the whatsapp customer service as well as network connection speeds. Really impressed with Afrihost offering as it is a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous ISP. Sicelo was professional, courtesy and efficient in providing excellent customer service.

Afrihost is one of the better ISP's and very customer orientated. Being using different services with them over many years, LTE, hosting, Fibre, etc. and never had a challenge that they could not resolve professionally and speedily. I would highly recommend them..

Been a customer at afrihost since forever. Service excellence perfection. Never ever had any problems and their watsapp portal is so fast and professional. If a problems ever arise its always telkom and never afrihost. Always delightful talking to afrihost staff and answering questions professionally and always helpful and stay with you until your problem is resolved. Best ISP I've ever dealt with! MWeb is useless, waited a week for any form of response, when I got a response it was to late! Because while waiting for mweb I simply downloaded the Afrihost App, added my address, selected a package, and within a day or two everything was sorted!! If I ever need any help, I simply request a callback on their App, and no longer than 5min later an agent will call me! Hands down best service ever!!!!!
