UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

They will stay on the line and guide you step by step until you are sorted, whether its a technical problem or admin issue. They can call me back if I need them to. They are just perfect. I am using the uncapped data in my phone and I've got data everywhere I go, limitless.
