Service improved since last interaction!!!! hosting is unstable and support is rubbish, whatsup support is delayed where you can spend 2 hours on a simple inquiry, call centre doesn't take calls anymore and when there is a national issue with hosting you find out by accident when you emails start bouncing later to discover that Afrihost is having issues. Will start looking for an alternative service provider

Been with Afrihost about 3 years with a gap in between, very glad to be back with them. Scheduling is prompt, customer service has come so far over the last 2 years, and everyone I've dealt with from their third party technicians to customer care has been great. And speed wise, you get what you pay for.

Afrihost is the best! Best support staff via whatsapp and which makes it more wurth the while, their support on a Sunday makes you feel you skipped the weekend and that its a normal bussiness day. No fuss no hustle!! Very professional

I dealt with Tumelo T on netflix's infamous error code nw-2-5. Honestly the best experience with a technical agent. Tumelo was thorough and considerate throughout, ensuring all changes reflected and updated. Sure, it felt like going through the wringer of a compsci paper mess but damn if it wasn't Handled. We should all be blessed to deal with Tumelo T when we're out of out depth. Thanks Tumelo and Afrihost!
