Extremely good customer service and response times. Customer support and technicians are always quick to respond and helpful and never give up until the issue is resolved. Even if calls drop, they will call you back. We've been using them for a year now and they remain consistent. I was with Afrihost (first Mobile internet then Openserve Fibre) from ±2013 to 2019, and then decided to go with Vox (Frogfoot) because it was a good special. After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots.
