if fair usage policies are driving you up the wall, afrihost is your solution had to try a few different isp's the move to afrihost was in dec 2015, damn its been over 4 years, time passes quick if your'e having fun

Good quality fiber, stable internet. Working frome is a breeze having Afrihost as my ISP. Call center staff is well trained and the what's app chat functionality actually works great. Best move I have made. Been with this supplier now for 3 years. Never had any problems and never felt n smidgen of disappointment. Thanks guys.

Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. In the 7 years that I have been a client, I have only had two days that the fiber was out due to a connection of the actually. I have added more lines and they seem to be the quickest of the ISPs for new installation in new areas additionally I have never had any admin issues with billing or other problems that arise from dealing with Openserve (in all my cases)

Awesome customer service and use to have competitive prices, however i think over time they didnt bother adapting their prices(mobile data prices), and there are currently better offers out there. I am 100% positive i would've stayed with them if their prices were just better because like i said, customer service and satisfaction is better than any i have experienced before...
