Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available. So far I am 100% happy. So much better than a Call centre aS THAT WASTE HUGE AMOUNTS OF AIRTIME . You do need to wait to make contact but still far far better than a call Centre and calls dropping.
