Afrihost is amazing, recommend them easily to everyone. They just need to figure out how to proactively notify their customers when the network is down. But I think they all have this issue.

Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.
