A real person answers immediately, never gives up and guided me through all my questions. I am impressed and very grateful! Afrihost is great, no problems and if you get a problem they sort it out very quickly. Love that they have whatsapp, it's quick and easy to sort out any issue.

Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.
