The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost. Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.
