A special thank you to Ricky S from Afrihost, who assisted my husband via the WhatsApp customer service portal. I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference. I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work. Afrihost has been my cost-effective Internet Service Provider of choice for a few years and the mobile wireless connection has always been fast and reliable; the accounts and invoices clear and prompt; and service responses to queries when required efficient. I am sorry to be having to leave them due to failure of the Network provider and no exact replica available through their offerings .

I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.
