The support or help service seems to be more focused toward beginners and new clients and there are a few too many processes to have to navigate through before you can get to experienced support staff (from a Reseller or experienced user Perspective) but as I say, getting better every day.

The Whatsapp help is great, and friendly. And their data is cheap and available in many formats. Where I live, LTE data with MTN is available. Also no contract. Beat that Bluehost, Hostinger, whatever. But hey, it's South African. What do you expect.
