I was freaking out as I was late with my subscription payment and finally had an opportunity to execute it but couldn't log in obviously. Afrihost staff were super informative and helpful. Very patient. They didn't just treat me as an account that needed to be paid. Their human interaction was exemplary. 100% Satisfactory. I would recommend them with no hesitation. We often do not reward service levels, today I shall. Afrihost has certainly raised its game with regards to service. With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.
