Moved to Cape Town and there was a different ISP at the premises, tried to contact them to take over the line as the previous owner had no issues with them? Tried to contact them a couple of times and kept forwarded to a bott, 10 min on WhatsApp then the call gets closed? So I contacted Afrihost, they got me up and running in under 24 hours. They had to get the line forcefully taken over as the owner was in his notice period. Was always kept in the loop on email. Good work from the sales and technical team.

I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Ten stars for Afrihost!

Great service! I’m a sucker for excellent customer service, and every employee I interacted with was helpful and kind. From Lindokuhle, the agent who assisted me via WhatsApp, to James at the gate, the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), and Happy, the gentleman who assisted me at collections. Afrihost has been amazing, I’ve been with them for almost a year and I had my issues by they were dealt with immediately so big ups to them and their service team
