So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.

Good quality fiber, stable internet. Working frome is a breeze having Afrihost as my ISP. Call center staff is well trained and the what's app chat functionality actually works great.
