I had a wonderful experience today when I made use of the WhatsApp function to help me with our business account. We thank Kaitlyn who understood the problem I was having without me even knowing what it was. She assisted and had given me step by step instructions to rectify the reason for the problem. Not once did I feel stupid as she translated into better terminology explaining what I needed to know and I thank her for it.
