You haven't experienced great customer service until you spoke with an Afrihost agent. It's always such a breeze setting up wifi/ re locating wifi. Great company, great staff. 10/10

Linda D – Absolute Star at Afrihost ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was frustrated after being kept on hold for a while and, shame, I gave Linda D a bit of attitude out of pure irritation. But wow — she didn’t take it personally. She stayed calm, patient, and helped me with everything I needed. We contacted Afrihost when we realized we had no wifi. They responded immediately. The communication was excellent. They are going out of their way to sort out the problem as they are aware our son needs wifi for online school. Since the fibre was installed, we haven't had any problems. We highly recommend Afrihost.

Only reason for not 5 stars is that I think the responses could come a bit quicker, but I do understand that Whatsapp help is still in beta and that staff is probably inundated and responding to several chats at once ... Oh what the hell, have five stars for Asaph! ;)
