I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. Uptime > > 99% bar one incident of intermittent drop-outs caused by my fibre equipment had become outdated - got routed to Vuma who replaced expeditiously Maybe not the cheapest but if you need / want reliable hassle free internet this is the way to go
