Signed up with Afrihost a few days ago. They kept me informed of every step from order confirmation to router configuration. Had a hiccup with tracking the delivery of my router (not Afrihost's fault), jumped on the WhatsApp chat and received accurate information immediately, and that on a Saturday afternoon after Black Friday. Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.
