Whatsapp support is awesome. Mandla was awesome. Very seldom do I need to contact Afrihost support and when I do, problems are generally solved efficiently. Highly recommended ISP.

You can chat with them via WhatsApp too. It takes seconds to get in touch with a call centre operator and they are actually human! :-)

No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!
