Afrihost on my phone is great! So easy to top up and the app works well. Afrihost for our home WiFi is shockingly bad. Extremely slow most of the time unfortunately

They aren't the nimble startup they use to be, but i've been a client for 10 years and I can honestly say they have the most consistent good service of all the ISPs, they have competitive prices but most importantly focus on good service delivery which is refreshing to find. Thanks Afrihost

Applied on Monday with @Afrihost on 26/10 for Fibre installation & made payment later in the day. 27/10 got a call from installer- @vumatel to schedule installation & received confirmation via sms & email. Today 28 installation done 2 hours earlier & 20 min later after installation. I am online Outstanding customer service and clean installation by Vumatel contractors.

I know people complain about afrihost but I honestly don't see why. The two or three times my Wifi has been down in the 9 months I've been with them they've always resolved the issue quickly and courteously

I've had my fair share of difficulties with Afrihost over the last 8 or so years, but I always come back to them for connectivity as their deals can rarely be beaten, and I have had zero issues with them in the last 2 years. Service and customer care levels seem to have taken a turn for the better and amidst a pandemic they provided incredibly helpful deals when wallets grew thinner!
