My experience with Afrihost the company is up and down, but a gentleman called Bonginkosi assisted me via what's app today for 2 HOURS and was so patient, kind (I was in a bad mood) and supportive, didn't give up until we found the problem. 10 Stars for Bonginkosi!!

I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.
