I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.

No issues to date really. Maybe waaay in the beginning with addresses related to my residence and their system. But since then its been smooth sailing with absolute minimal down time.

I contacted Afrihost via WhatsApp this morning and didn't have much faith that I would be assisted, based on experience from other companies. All I can say is Wow, how I was proved wrong. Musa Khumalo promptly assisted me, and in no time my issue was resolved. Well done, it gave me hope that there is still customer service out there.
