I have been an Afrihost customer for over a year and to date I have been very happy with the service. Today my Wifi stopped working and I was able to resolve it over Whatsup, which is really great.

Had no internet since last night 23 november 202. Did everything and nothing worked. Then this morning i went on to the whatsapp chat with afrihost and they connected me with Thabiso D. And you would this that a chat is going to take forever but not with afrihost and Thabiso. I was helped so quickly that im thinking now why did i stress the whole night if theres a Thabiso D at Afrihost. Thanks for the excellent experience. This was awesome.

Afrihost is always easy to reach and quick to assist with technical questions and problems. As a small business owner I am very pleased with their support and often jump onto a WhatsApp chat with their support team. It's like having a whole IT team at my disposal.
