I'm housesitting and have not had coverage for a few days. Even though I didn't have the information that was required my question about Pietermaritzburg experiencing a problem with connectivity, was answered immediately.

Had a less than ideal experience with someone from support because they immediately thought they were addressing my issue instead of listening. I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.

So far I'm happy switching from my previous ISP which was Supersonic!!!! to my current ISP which is now Afrihost 🙃No problems no delays no bad customer service. I hope it stays that way!!!!!
