I am many years at Afrihost and is a very happy customer. I use or used, fibre, hosting, lte fixed, mobile prepaid and adsl (earlier years) and was always happy. What I also like is the WhatsApp customer service and their App is really useful.

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application. Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it. Speedy process… line was installed by friendly guy from Openserve…. Only waiting now for my router from Afrihost and then I’ll be good to go but thank you very much for the great service 👌🏻

Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel

All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!
