I’m a fan of Afrihost and have many products with them - data for my phones, Fixed LTE, ADSL and soon I’m getting Fibre. They are innovative and their support is usually good. I would find it difficult to move away from them as a service provider because they’ve been awesome since day 1.

You get help so fast. The WhatsApp Chats are very HELPFUL. Very cost effective. I don't have to call Afrihost. I just WhatsApp them and they respond in a minute. 🤗 Thank you, Afrihost Fibre for the effective responses and help.👏👏💅

My first interaction with afrihost after being referred to them by a relative and the service is superb, it is fast, the agent understood products, I had a wonderful experience, I am sure I'm going to stay with Afrihost for long if not forever because of their service😄

Whatsapp support is awesome. Mandla was awesome. Very seldom do I need to contact Afrihost support and when I do, problems are generally solved efficiently. Highly recommended ISP.

So far the experience is great. Service is good, and we will see once the router arrives and we actually move over, but the onboarding is excellent
