I cannot complain, from DSL I had years ago, mobile internet to the hosting plans it is affordable, and service has always been consistant, I love Afrihost, I just wish our Area had Fibre and I would use them for that as well.

Greg Pretorius was absolutely phenomenal. He is professional, courteous, very helpful and explained all the technicalities to me. He is most definitely an asset to Afrihost. Furthermore the receptionists were very professional and helpful and went out of their way to serve their customers water due to the heat.

I spoke to Apelele, at Afrihost this morning, I have never encountered such friendly nature and people that can take a joke. This person helped me with everything I asked for, and actually I had a smile on my face. I can truly say, if this is how they treat you then there service should definitely be the same. I can surely recommend this service provider.. They are surely GREAT and Apelele, YOU RULE!

I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.
