The staff are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't had any issues with Afrihost this far and it seems the only time the connection is down is because of loadshedding but quite efficient in fixing and fast.

Afrihost is really the best ISP that I've ever had, never an issue always willing to help. What other ISP will call you at 9 at night to help with router setup!?

Might be a bit more expensive than their competitors, but the service delivery makes it worth every penny. I have never struggled with an issue for longer than 20 minutes during all the years using them as my ISP, come weekends and even public holidays. More ISP's should strive for this excellence.
