Had a hiccup with tracking the delivery of my router (not Afrihost's fault), jumped on the WhatsApp chat and received accurate information immediately, and that on a Saturday afternoon after Black Friday. What I like most about Afrihost is that when help is needed, they put me in touch with friendly, well trained and professional HUMANS. Their support staff have always been fast, courteous and able to sort out my problems.
