I've had the pleasure of AFRIHOST services for many years now and can only sing their praises most highly. I find that my retiree age group are not familiar with Afrihost as you are not visible in the Malls etc so have not had much success in converting them from the regular Cell shops.

always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . I love the WhatsApp option of dealing with issues. In most cases the responses come quickly and we are kept informed of how long things will take to get resolved etc. The call centre people seem very knowledgeable and are able to assist with queries very quickly. Very happy so far.

I have always been very impressed with Afrihost service. I have multiple domains hosted with them, both for websites and mail servers. So far over the past 12 years, I have had about a hand full of complaints from my clients regarding being down, and even then, about half the problems were not even related to Afrihost.
