Even when I moved to Cape from JHB they assisted me with loan device to remain connected while i wait for fibre in my area and when I moved twice since they moved with me. The Afrihost App is simply awesome. I am able to see my usage for my, and my family’s devices all for data, airtime and sms. Top up is just so easy. I can move data between devices. Invoices can be quickly transferred via Airdrop. Their presentation of everything is clear, concise and comprehensible. Card payments work perfectly. 10/10 guys. Well done !

I can easily get my fibre for a few hundred Rands less than I am paying Afrihost. But they truly are worth the extra spend. I have never had any issues reporting a fault be it ISP or provider related. When there is a provider issue (9 times out of 10) Afrihost goes the extra mile and sorts that out too. I know of other ISPs who will tell you it's a provider issue and that's the end of their involvement. Afrihost goes the extra mile always

Been with Afrihost on and off for about ten years, and they've consistently provided great pricing and pretty much unmatched service. The only issues I've ever had with them were because they had to deal with Telkom/Openserve, and it goes without saying that that's not their fault.
