Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Have been with Afrihost for more than 3 years now and I love their service. I'm on a month-to-month contract so I can cancel any time, but I have never felt the need to cancel. The internet signal is reliable and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service team. :)
