No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

I had a technical problem with my website builder Boston took his time and patience and stayed with me and guided me for 3 hours to fix this. Absolutely brilliant and the functionality of Afrihost website builder is impressive top class.

Not much to say except hands down best ISP in South Africa, and I've been with a few. Friendly and fast service. And to be able to reach them on WhatsApp so quickly is awesome too! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Had a bit of a rocky start with Afrihost but they really took a lot of care to set things right and since then it's been fantastic. I've had two issues with my fiber line (not Afrihost's fault) and both times they were EXTREMELY responsive and my downtime was under 24 hours which is incredible.

Linda has a high levels of patience a trait really required for the kind of job and services being offered at Afrihost. Linda is a typical depiction of Afrihosts symbol of value.
