I've been with Afrihost for about 9 years in different forms. I took out their early mobile data solution and always had good service. I was also on their web hosting solution for a while with great service and helpful agents.
We now have our family's data plans through Afrihost as well as our Fiber. There is no company more dedicated to being helpful - even if their side has issues. What I really appreciate is that they run an open com's line for their issues. Instead of you having to ask if there is something wrong, check their website and the status of the connection of your area, or your data, or your product.

Pricing and Quality of service is on point - second to none. Every single time I email support for assistance im constantly blown away at the speed of the reply and the tech knowledge - politeness and care.
Last support ticket your engineers even took the initiative to deduce what I was trying to do never mind only fixing the error i created on the platform backend. They took initiative to give me the answer to what I was working on - and to advise that they are available to support me fixing it if I so wanted. WOOOOW!!!!

I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side.
I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes.
Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service.
