I seldom have problems, their systems are super user friendly and when things do have a hiccup their contact help people are patient and friendly and persistent until everything works again. I have used other providers but I always come back to Afrihost

The HELP menus and WhatsApp work well. The subscription is a bit messy as they try to up-sell things you don't need. That's disappointing and confusing.
