I've never had to call or send an email. I get swift, adequate assistance on WhatsApp. They are very helpful. I visited their office in Joburg to collect my router. Ordered it via WhatsApp in the morning and got it same day. Their office is nice, ambience was lovely. I was in and out in 15mins. I also received assistance via WhatsApp to login and connect my router. I used to use Mweb for over 10years and Afrihost is so much better customer service wise and has more affordable packages. I really hope they maintain this quality of service.

We've had a great experience with Afrihost the past 8 months. The initial set up was super easy and our router arrived quickly. The app is ridiculously user friendly! We are tech savvy people but I do feel that people that aren't will get the hang of it quickly. Being able to get support on WhatsApp is also so convenient. I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!
