Afrihost has the best customer service. I've never waited long when needing assistance in sorting out a problem. The agents are friendly and very helpful. This is the happiest I've been with a fiber service provider.

This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done
