By far one of the best ISP around. Maybe i haven't heard of other companies but afrihost assist on weekends as well, which is excellent if you are having a movie or series marathon and the internet boms out suddenly. Anyway i recommend Afrihost. Also i hope i get n discount or maybe an internet boost for this review... ;)

Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available. Everything was resolved with my first interaction with Ayanda C whole was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for your brilliant service Ayanda C made my day. Kiddies and wife will be so happy we can finally have internet at home

Afrihost so far has provided the most efficient service and instant responses from any ISP I have dealt with. Compared to Mweb where service levels are on a minus scale, dealing with Afrihost is a pleasant experience.

Best ISP I've ever dealt with! MWeb is useless, waited a week for any form of response, when I got a response it was to late! Because while waiting for mweb I simply downloaded the Afrihost App, added my address, selected a package, and within a day or two everything was sorted!! If I ever need any help, I simply request a callback on their App, and no longer than 5min later an agent will call me! Hands down best service ever!!!!!
