I am struggling for 4 days with Supersonic with no luck!! I will never ever recommend them. I have contacted Afrihost and immediately got service and excellent service too. Been trying to get fibre installed at a holiday apartment in the coast Contacted Webafrica and agent was immediately available to process my order and contract Been trying to get a status of connection is a nightmare …. On 2 occasions . I had to wait over 24 hours for an agent to reply on the Wattsapp chat To date I am still awaiting for a Human to make contact I decided to get Afrihost rather…. @Afrihost, I managed to get all the info within a few minutes Awesome service and amazing response time Keep it up guys!!
