Afrihost and AirMobile is by far the best service provider. The network WORKS, their app is simple, user friendly and it WORKS, their WhatsApp helpline also WORKS. I love having a service provider that actually does what they say they will do.

Love the fact that Afrihost returns a WhatsApp within minutes Their staff knows the products and services excellent. And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to…. Not a bot that frustrates the living hell of you and asking a whole lot of stupid questions not relates to your issue

The people who helped us were patient despite the multitude of questions and always ensured to keep us updated on steps to follow as well as ensuring we are getting things right with constant follow up questions if we were still strugling or needed further assistance
