My service stopped unexpectedly last night. This morning I connected with Afrihost via their WhatsApp chat (link was in monthly email). The service was prompt and efficient. The agent refreshed my line and I powered down for 5 five minutes and service was back. Fortunately I had mobile data to use WhatsApp, otherwise it would be a problem. 😁

Best MTN data option. If you are with MTN would highly recommend buying your mobile data through Afrihost. Far better bang for your buck, been buying my data through Afrihost since 2016

Don’t waste your time with any other service provider. I have been using Afrihost for over a year now and have never experienced an issue that wasn’t resolved within the hour that I reported it. Great service.

During a recent fibre outage I had, I elected to contact Afrihost Support via WhatsApp. I figured this would probably ruin most of my Friday evening at home but I was very pleasantly surprised when Pamela came back to me within a minute or two of the automated reply from the Support line. Pamela had me up & running within 10 minutes which included a mandatory 5-minute shut-down of my ONT box & Router. I was up and running again in about the same amount of time it would have taken me to prepare a decent cup of coffee! Excellent support service from her :-) !
