In the many years I have been with them (broken service, but came right back after poor experiences with others) I have hardly ever had to make use of their Customer Services, their app does everything you need and I have hardly had downtime despite Vumatel. But if you HAVE to use whatsapp for Customer Service, Afrihost outshines their competitors with their prompt, efficient and friendly service. Defs recommend.

I've said 1000 times to everyone I know. Afrihost is the only reliable ISP that offers month - month upgrade and downgrade on a whim, pay pro rata. And yiu can do everything yourself in the client portal. It's so awesome. Moreover when you do need to talk to someone the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely try live up to the name "the home of pure internet joy". I have never had a bad experience with afrihost. And don't mistake the ISP for telkom. Afrihost still have to handle telkom so there are frustration but they do everything in their power to ensure your joy is preserved. I'm so so impressed and I've been a loyal customer and my whole family since 2014. Thank you afrihost.
