I needed help setting up my Outlook email. There was a bit of a hiccup, because I needed to follow steps regarding updating my password on the Clientzone and re-entering new logins on AfriHost in order to active my Outlook mail. Afrohost is User friendly. They are very quick to respond.The whatsapp chat is the best. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time since installation. Vumatel technicians failed to install my fibre line and wouldn't recommend them at all. I then changed to Openserve and received fast excellent service.

Excellent service from Afrifost Just signed up with them, and had a problem connecting. I used there What’s up chat line and delt with Rethabile who was online with me for almost 3 hours, trying every possible method to resolve the problem, I eventually got connected and able to login to other websites, only unable to acces one site, the afrihost login webpage, which he then logged a call with the relevant department to sort out the problem. Well done Rethabile for the excellent work, and to afrihost for an effective WhatsApp chat line
