But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!

Have had nothing but a good experience with Afrihost. Unlike other providers, when there's outages, which do happen, Afrihost is very quick to resolve them with little to no connection interuptions when a problem is being resolved. Stable fibre line, good ping. Afrihost delivers on what they promise and you get what you pay for, which is still the best price out there for the outstanding quality of service you recieve!
