I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…

Been with Afrihost for 6 years - exceptionally pleased. Uptime > > 99% bar one incident of intermittent drop-outs caused by my fibre equipment had become outdated - got routed to Vuma who replaced expeditiously Maybe not the cheapest but if you need / want reliable hassle free internet this is the way to go
