I was once a customer of Afrihost for a number of years when I purchased my first property and all those years of having them as an ISP were splendid. I then went onto a different fibre provider because Afrihost wasn't available as a fibre ISP in that area. Now that I've moved to a new loaction, my first thought was to contact Afrihost for internet connectivity. And oh boy, they sure kept to their standard of excellent customer service I experienced all those years ago. Afrihost is great. I now have their fibre and a data sim for my phone. Their service at the Rivonia walk-in centre was welcomin=g, efficient and knowledgeable. Gregory P was beyond patient about answering my questions. Other service staff have kept me updated on the fibre process with calls and emails. Everything has worked seamlessly. And you can talk to a real person if you have a problem. Should have done this years ago.
