Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.

Fastest turnaround time I've experienced in a long time. Order placed and teams out on site in less than 24 hours. I have arouter at home from another service provider still wrapped, waiting 6 months for installation . Afrihost is tops

I’ve had some problems with their service at times over nearly 20 years but all in all I’ve found Afrihost much better than ISPs I’ve tried previously and since the introduction of fibre it’s generally been plain sailing.
