I've been a customer of Afrihost for almost three years and they always give good service. Friendly staff and a very stable fiber connection. I barely have issues. I did buy a UPS two weeks ago and it was faulty I had to return it. They tried to fix it but it wouldn't work and they gladly gave me a brand new UPS.

Went online yesterday on a hunch looking for fibre. Afrihost popped up I took a chance and so glad I did. We were kept informed throughout the day. Installation was done today by OpenServe Nelspruit. Technician was super nice and so fast. Just waiting for the rooter but damn so impressed with the service so far. I think this was the fastest service I have received in a long time. If you deal with a consultant named Sipho Mnguni, he is a true asset to the company and if all employees can follow his example then Afrihost would lose less clients. Identified the problem, explained how to test for the solution, walks you through the process step by step. Afrihost I hope you see this and make this guy a Manager because your customer service process would be much smoother and you'll have more consultants actually wanting to assist the clients and knowing how to and what they are doing, instead of irritating a client or making it seem like it is the customers fault.
