I’ve used Afrihost for longer than I can remember. I’ve used them for adsl lines back in the day and then vdsl (I actually tested their fair use policy and made it on the top 10 highest data users in the country and not shaped or throttled once on a 20Mb vdsl line) I’ve used them for small businesses and I’ve been with their mobile data plan for years now and working in the IT industry, I’ve dealt with a lot of service providers and as a data provider.
I HIGHLY recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone who has mtn! Use Afrihost data!
One down side is that they rely on third party companies (helkom, frogfoot and whoever) almost all the issues I’ve had are with the physical providers.
And Afrihost support has always been extremely helpful even with dealing with third parties like telkom.

Amazing Afrihost with the whatsapp contact centre which allows you to always be in touch but not have to hold on for long. I can now log an issue during work time and not sit on the phone. Your operators are super helpful and efficient. It truly is a pleasure dealing with you guys. A special mention to Enoch in finance and Sakhile who helped me tirelessly to get up and running. You guys are leaders in customer service

I have been with Afrihost for over 6 months, I have only encountered 1 issue with was resolved without me having to call, matter was resolved via whatsapp. Great service.

So far there have been no major problems or disruptions with any services I use, and the one minor issue that did occur (long ago) was resolved quickly and has not recurred. It is easy to get in touch with support agents.

My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running.
When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day.
Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!!
Afrihost is the BEST!... By far!

I have not had any problems. I get what I pay for and if there is a problem I have found that Afrihost is quick to resolve it or give a satisfactory explanation of the situation.
