Afrihost..... is there any better ISP? I just finished a living gell with Webafrica. Afrihost has been hosting my website domain for many years..... spoke to an agent today to sign up and here is the thing.... Afrihost is also on whatsapp like Webafrica - the difference..... you don't have to grab a "cuppa" and wait for Afrihost. Their response, even after-hours and on weekends is practically immediate!! I will promote and refer Afrihost to everyone They might not be the cheapest, but the service delivery and support a client receives is absolutely amazing!! Well done to the Afriihost Team!!

Great customer service! You can't expect any ISP to be perfect, there'll always be technical issues of some sort. But Afrihost handles these issues the best out of any ISP I've ever dealt with

Afrihost has a WhatsApp chat, that assist with faults. I found this chat helpful. The person assisting was patient, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. This makes the process to get faults reported very easy.
