Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff.
