Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. After many consultants and many help requests, finally Anrich v. assisted me and resolved my issue without hesitation on New Years day of all days. Afrihost is the KING of ISP's! What a fantastic experience when I walked into their customer care centre this morning. My fibre router was faulty.
