I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP. As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service. Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel
