Afrihost unlike most ISP they have made it easy to receive otps via whatsapp meaning even if your like me mostly outside SA you can still activate most basic actions to resolve issues, also whatsapp chat makes it easier when talking to client care, we are able to send small videos and pictures of our problems, for better understanding.
