They also go out of their way to explain exactly what you need to do. It really is a pleasure having Afrihost as our internet provider.

Only reason for not 5 stars is that I think the responses could come a bit quicker, but I do understand that Whatsapp help is still in beta and that staff is probably inundated and responding to several chats at once ... Oh what the hell, have five stars for Asaph! ;)
