5 star, yes we are expected as service uses to have issues with network or cable, n yes we are expected delay in repairs or resolving issues, at 1st I had to be persistent on requesting a technician to come out and view the situation as I knew the fault was a broken line, 😉 the issues few after that I understood to process and had all required info ready, and the mater was resolved faster and more effective, sometimes we as humans needs to be lil understanding and everything will be okay...

First time using Afrihost with a new private internet connection with new router and VOIP phone. I was kept up to date on every step of the process. Products were delivered on time and the installation team arrived on time and got everything set up in minutes. And when I called the Afrihost Whatsapp line to get my VOIP phone registered, they responded in seconds and patiently talked me thorough the steps until all was working perfectly. Really impressed. All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!

I have always been very impressed with Afrihost service. I have multiple domains hosted with them, both for websites and mail servers. So far over the past 12 years, I have had about a hand full of complaints from my clients regarding being down, and even then, about half the problems were not even related to Afrihost.
