I migrated to Afrihost from another major ISP. I have only experienced excellent service thus far, dedicated support staff that walks the extra mile. Sisanda literally ran around to get my order sorted out and my router couriered to me. All the support staff that I dealt with on the WhatsApp Support line was as helpful and committed. I must admit, it has been a frustrating two days. After being without connection for two days, speaking to multiple agents and although they tried to assist and confirmed that the issue lied with Afrihost, they were unable to assist us and escalated our issue to a manager. We had to keep following up and even sent photos attached to emails without success in getting our issue resolved. Tonight, via the WhatsApp Chanel, we were fortunate enough to speak to Rendani. Although we had to redo everything again(for the 11th time) Rendani went further and solved our problem. Wish we were fortunate enough to speak to him on the very first day. Thank you Rendani it's because of agents like you, that Afrihost receives 5* reviews and we will keep recommending as the best Fibre company.
