I've only just gotten my fibre router, awaiting install. But I must say that the whatsapp chat is excellent. My experience with Nonjabulo was really pleasant. She understood my query and assisted me in record time.

They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.

From my experience Afrihost is a fantastic hosting provider. Servers are pretty stable and I have had almost no technical issues with hosting my websites. They have great packages and options to suit just about anyone's needs. Always something new or specials on offer. Customer service is great.
