Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. Thank you very much for the prompt assistance and support Nhlakanipho, it's much appreciated. Great JOB!

I then called back and was met with someone else who took the time to ask questions 1st to fully understand the issue before working on the solution and hence knocking it out of the park.
