Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.

I was assisted via WhatsApp. The waiting time was a bit long but eventually I got the assistance and I think Palesa's service was excellent! I always get my queries solved with Afrihost in spite of long waiting time. The fact that there are now multiple channels to get help through is also a fabulous idea. Thanks Afrihost!

I believe in 'traditional' customer service..everyone should be treated equally and with patience and respect. Not only was I comfortable asking very dumb questions, but they were answered with clarity in order for me to understand. It's great being able to speak with an actual person, thank you Karabo 🙂

I am impressed with a service where the person on the line does the same job as me and went the extra mile to be kind and professional helping me as a lady so late to do this after much searching for the right option. The personal touch at the end sold the product to me more.
