I have been a client since July 2021 on webhosting and in January 2022 I appointed them as my ISP. I work online and it ia crucial for my business that I have a stable internet connection. Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. They can contact Evotel for you so that you don't need to worry about trying to contact Evotel. You also get sent a ticket number. I can recommend signing up with them.
