Only reason for not 5 stars is that I think the responses could come a bit quicker, but I do understand that Whatsapp help is still in beta and that staff is probably inundated and responding to several chats at once ... Oh what the hell, have five stars for Asaph! ;)

Excellent online Whatsap assistance today When I lost my card which is the payment method So to avoid suspension on their automated system the Afrihost Whatsap agent was most proffesional and helpful in assisting quickly and effectively.
