On the whole a good ISP - no one has 100% connectivity so there will always be a few issues. But Afrihost are a good ISP for our home office needs.

Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed.
