Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.

Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best. Through all my dealings with Afrihost, over the last few years, I have never had a concern and there team’s professionalism, skipping the chit chat getting the job is commendable.

The service Afrihost offers are not bad , including their turn around time , support team is so effective,I have been using their hosting service for 4 years and I haven't experienced any major problems excluding the normal serve down experience but all others are brilliant , I would refer their services to others.
