I've walked a long road with Afrihost, we've had our ups and downs. I must say that things are going very well these days. Support is fast and good. All has been going well for some time now and I am happy.

I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.

I find Afrihost support better than most of the other ISP's I work with. Response time is incredible, seconds, as opposed to tens of minutes on others. Their support tends to know what they're doing getting to a resolution quickly and with a friendly manner that I appreciate.

I am overall very happy with Afrihost. There are the odd occasions where the First line support doesn't have all the info on network outages and so forth, but they always do what they can to assist. Response times on E-mail and WhatsApp has been the best for me out of all the other providers I have had over the years.
