I believe in 'traditional' customer service..everyone should be treated equally and with patience and respect. I’ve had some problems with their service at times over nearly 20 years but all in all I’ve found Afrihost much better than ISPs I’ve tried previously and since the introduction of fibre it’s generally been plain sailing.
