One year later, Afrihost significantly upgraded the speed on more than one occasion, while keeping the cost the same.
Service requests were attended to promptly and easily - the WhatsApp chat service channel is a winner! Very effective, and much more convenient than holding the line and burning airtime. Still a happy customer!

I was struggling to make a payment with webafrica for 3 weeks and got fed up with them and ask to cancel my services with them, I then moved over to afrihost today and the agent named nandipha helped me and managed to get me connected in less than 10 minutes, so 10/10 to afrihost and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to move over to you guys.

All the ISP's have a similar price, but with Afrihost you always get knowledgeable answers and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a reply. They also have an awesome WhatsApp help line.

I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre.
Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent
My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service.
Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.
