I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

Just a quick note to say that I have been with Afrihost for a few years now. On the odd occasion when I have needed help with my wifi I have received excellent service.
