Absolutely happy being with Afrihost They are always readily available to assist when I have issues. Their whatsApp chat line is even better, you get help in less than a minute. The team is very friendly too. Highly recommended them.

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!
