...there are reasons why I chose Afrihost as my service provider over 8 years ago... firstly their advertising was 'catchy'... they responded swiftly when I needed them to...they provided the connectivity they promised continually...I briefly discontinued my relationship with them due to moving from Durban to Johannesburg... and the reconnection with them was absolutely hassle free...as was my move from ADSL to Fibre...I then disconnected again when I moved suburbs and experienced the same dedication that they have provided me with since the start of our relationship all those years ago...their whatsapp help line and their 'call me back' response times are mind blowing to say the least and they have an awesome 'Client Zone'. So I would like to thank EVERYONE at Afrihost for the seamless experiences I have had.

I’ve been an unhappy Telkom customer for a while now and after joining Afrihost they made Telkom’s customers service seem non-existent. I am very happy with Afrihost’s WhatsApp chat platform and the swift response to your queries. Also with their new Pure DSL say goodbye to landlines and the grip that Telkom had on the industry. Thank you Afrihost for this initiative and always evolving with new and exciting ideas to always put your customers first. You guys rock!!!!!!

My experience thus far is that Afrihost seems to have competent client facing people. When you explain a problem they understand, communicate effectively and take active steps to resolve it. I've been able to get assistance without hassles or holding or anything like that.
Their portal is very easy to navigate and gets updated regularly to keep you informed.
The Afrihost system has its problems, for instance I was billed and received confirmation that my line is active, yet no installation had taken place. They fixed this promptly though.
Overall I'm very satisfied with Afrihost and Compared to Vodacom, Afrihost is tops! This is mostly due to their communication and their customer service people being competent and easy to reach.
