My favorite thing about afrihost is the availability of on demand help with a simple whatsapp message. They take the time out of their day to ensure problems are fixed fast which can't be said for many other ISP. fairly good prices too.

Afrihost renders excellent client services throughout. They respond quickly when you request assistance. Their interactions are friendly, kind, understanding, and professional throughout the process. I placed an order on Monday and today (Wednesday) at 12 pm, I received the product and was sorted. I am glad I changed to Afrihost as my ISP. I can really recommend them.

My experience thus far is that Afrihost seems to have competent client facing people. When you explain a problem they understand, communicate effectively and take active steps to resolve it. I've been able to get assistance without hassles or holding or anything like that. Their portal is very easy to navigate and gets updated regularly to keep you informed. The Afrihost system has its problems, for instance I was billed and received confirmation that my line is active, yet no installation had taken place. They fixed this promptly though. Overall I'm very satisfied with Afrihost and Compared to Vodacom, Afrihost is tops! This is mostly due to their communication and their customer service people being competent and easy to reach.
