I’ve always received great support. Fiber to home connected with fantastic uptime and mobile data rates cannot be beat - and you get 1GB free each month, no contract, all on prepaid. It’s the way to go. So happy a tech savvy friend recommended them years ago. I also manage our business phones via the app which is easy to navigate.

Have used Afrihost for about 5 years now and have to say they have not disappointed once... If they have, it was resolved immediately... Appreciate your professionalism guys and keep up the great work...

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!

I spoke to Apelele, at Afrihost this morning, I have never encountered such friendly nature and people that can take a joke. This person helped me with everything I asked for, and actually I had a smile on my face. I can truly say, if this is how they treat you then there service should definitely be the same. I can surely recommend this service provider.. They are surely GREAT and Apelele, YOU RULE!

No issues to date really. Maybe waaay in the beginning with addresses related to my residence and their system. But since then its been smooth sailing with absolute minimal down time.
