They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. I Love how quick and fast they are with their reactivations or reconnections, as long as your router hasn't been damaged or there's no LOS light flashing red as soon as you make your payment they get you reconnected immediately. Their WhatsApp customer service is very nice they respond to you fast and they transfer you to an agent within 3 minutes.
