I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.

The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic.

I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged.

After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received.

I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order.
I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time.
Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me.
I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯

My very first interaction with Afrihost and my am I a happy chappy. That is definately an understatement. I am rather techno challenged, I have recently signed up with Afrihost, you are able to communicate with them via whatsapp. I did so and shortly after I sent my msg, Nompumelelo responded. She showed me where I could find my information that I was looking for and then continued to check to see that I was assisted. Imagine me, an older lady from the stix that is techno challenged and they were able to help me in no time. I am impressed. Thank you Afrihost.

The best ISP by far even their customer service is exceptional. I'm so happy I changed to Afrihost and I don't regret my decision. I would strongly recommend Afrihost to anyone working from home, they will never miss a day from work because they are sooo competent. Keep up the good work.
