I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly. I've just connected with afrihost since this morning there helpful team and also octotel personnel has made me review and cancel my order with vodacom which I've been struggling now for a week and when I canceled it still showed pending. AFRIHOST ur website and whattsapp help team is awesome I spoke to Andile last and had to give him a 10/10. Also Stella with octotel is next level.
