I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

Placed an order for fibre on 06th July and fully set up on 12th July. Literally 6 days later, I'm super impressed with Afrihost & Vumatel and look forward to a good journey with both companies. I had a bit of a connection issue with my router, but after a 5 minute conversation on whatsapp with Sindile from Afrihost, my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you so much!

I think Afrihost has great customer service. The ladies at the front desk are always so happy and greet you with a smile. The ticketing system is prompt and the team at the back are always incredibly helpful.

I was struggling to make a payment with webafrica for 3 weeks and got fed up with them and ask to cancel my services with them, I then moved over to afrihost today and the agent named nandipha helped me and managed to get me connected in less than 10 minutes, so 10/10 to afrihost and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to move over to you guys.
