Company is easy to use and I love the UI User Interface as it so easy to navigate, visit and search the things I am looking for. The UI is pleasing to the eyes and expresses simplicity & convenience. After a harrowing and unhelpful experience with Mweb, where we were on hold for 5 days on their telephone lines and whatsapp help chat, with no resolution of the problem since the 3/11 to date, I decided to move to Afrihost. What an extremely pleasurable experience. The complete opposite to Mweb. I dealt with Happiness today, and this person should be given a raise. Thank you Happiness!!!

Much better after-sales support than Telkom, Vodacom, or Acorn Broadband. And so so easy to get help when you need it. I think others in the customer service industry could learn a few things from AfriHost

They aren't bad but they really need to update and upgrade to be honest, especially the Afrihost app, it doesn't have much you can do on it. Nonetheless they are upcoming so we hope they upgrade soon.
