I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.

I have been an Afrihost client for many years. My experience with them has been of a very stable network, good communication on their website on the rare occasions that it has been down, reasonably priced. My experience with their WhatsApp helpline has also been positive.

Best ISP out there. If there's something wrong they fix it very quickly. Customer service is great over whatsapp. No waiting in an queue on the phone for days. Would absolutely recommend.
