My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... Amazing team @ Afrihost: Sfiso M, Siphamandla N, Siphiwe M. I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff. They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.

At first enrolling was a mishap but they fixed it and gave me credit and i cannot lie so far i have not had any issues, my fibre is fast even connecting to the VPN i work smooth. So so far im happy and i hope it stays that way Afrihost
