I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate having the live chat assistance from an Afrihost technician over Whatsapp. This Saturday morning George assisted me over Whatsapp with patience and understanding with router issues after problems with our OpenServe fibre line was fixed. Afrihost, you are setting a high standard in customer service, service on a level that I can only dream of from other vendors. They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.

Excellent service.My service was suspended due to credit card expiring on 31 Aug.I was not aware of having to update the payment profile.i updated and contacted Afrihost and they immediately deducted payment and connected me within minutes

Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…
