I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. After many consultants and many help requests, finally Anrich v. assisted me and resolved my issue without hesitation on New Years day of all days. In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost.
