I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

Afrihost has been fantastic hosting my website. A few months ago I moved my internet from Telkom to Afrihost and it was the best decision I ever made. I know any issues will be sorted out right away. There's always someone to speak to and multiple ways to communicate.

If u looking for affordable yet all in one package , join Afrihost .... you get almost everything under R300 whereas from other hosting companies you pay over R1700 . Portia from live chat support was wonderful...she deserves 10 stars

I have been with Afrihost since they started for first Adsl and now fibre . I have always been very happy with their good service. We have had very few problems over the years and when we have had the odd intermittent issue, they have resolved it immediately. Their WhatsApp chat platform is very effective.
