been with Afrihost for a number of years, there online assistance is great, there whatsapp line is great even after hours... we have very little problems with our fixed lte line, and in fact its our go to connection when reliable connection is key

Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.
