Have come to an end of a two year contract, with one of the largest cellphone companies in 'South Africa'. Now, looking for a month to month deal. Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼
