Never visited the place, but their online consultants are always available whenever I need help. I always contact them via WhatsApp, and they reply in a couple of seconds. In my opinion, they are the best Internet Service Provider in South Africa, and they seem to put their customers first. I would definitely recommend them in the blink of an eye. It has been effortless getting my internet connected. Afrihost's Whatsapp contact is awesome for troubleshooting and assistance is quick and easy. Using the Client Zone to check invoices, connectivity, etc. is very accommodating.
