Afrihost got my internet running after normal working hours. The support was professional and patient with stepwise problem solving. This allowed getting my Fibre up and running before the process of installation had been registered.

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!
