Asked my previous ISP provider to move my connection to a new location, giving them a month and a half notice of the move, after 10 days after the move and nothing happening apart from they will escalate the problem, I cancelled with them, and contacted Afrihost, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and best of all they kept me informed of the progress .

always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . Been on afrihost for about 8 months now, nowhere near as many issues as I had in my previous home with another provider... their WhatsApp troubleshooting system is also great!

Sometimes there are some issues, but not enough for me to make their service any less than a 5. And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour.
