I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. I Love how quick and fast they are with their reactivations or reconnections, as long as your router hasn't been damaged or there's no LOS light flashing red as soon as you make your payment they get you reconnected immediately. Their WhatsApp customer service is very nice they respond to you fast and they transfer you to an agent within 3 minutes.
