In the current state of service levels in SA it is always a pleasure dealing with Afrihost whom might not always have all the answers or the best answers. But under trying circumstances in the current business environment they sure go that extra mile to make things a little more enjoyable.

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. If the infrastructure causes problems, people always tend to blame the ISP when it’s not their fault. I like dealing with Afrihost they are the best ISP I ever dealt with.
