OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY COMFORT AT AFRIHOST I was without Wi-Fi/ Internet/ WhatsApp for 20 hours. My 5 year old D-Link Modem (Router) packed-up. The fibre network at our home was installed by Vumatel but it is serviced by Afrihost. Comfort, a lady working at Afrihost provided outstanding customer service this morning. The old D-Link router was reset, various logins attempts were made and she came to the conclusion that the router had come to the end of its life. She quickly organised a replacement modem (at no cost to me) and offered me the option of having the new modem delivered to our premises or I could collect the device from Afrihost. I chose the latter as I was in a great hurry to get back to the internet. My WiFi/ Internet/ WhatsApp are now up and running and back to normal. What a relief! Kudos to Comfort who is very knowledgeable and professional and Kudos to Afrihost👏👍👌5 Star Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After calling the Afrihost’s landline to discover that they were closed and I needed to sort out my lack of internet access, I attempted the WhatsApp chat support. I only had a minor problem which was identified through initial picture being sent to my technician and then a video which quickly pointed to the problem and potential solution. For this minor issue the WhatsApp support was brilliant and although as my WiFi was down I was still able to communicate with the technician via my phone data. Keep it up Afrihost!

Wifi barely has issues and the cherry on top...their customer service, by far one of the best! Quick to respond and always resolves the issue.

I am nervous of online help because I don’t understand all the terminology. Afrihost doesn’t have a local person to pop around. Your previous consultant taught me to take photo’s and ask questions which has helped me a lot. Alfred explained everything very well.

I’m a fan of Afrihost and have many products with them - data for my phones, Fixed LTE, ADSL and soon I’m getting Fibre. They are innovative and their support is usually good. I would find it difficult to move away from them as a service provider because they’ve been awesome since day 1.
