I needed to change my password .I also needed to know what I can do to stop unwanted users on my wifi .Password was changed within 5 Min .And I also received the necessary information on my question.I had a good experience and will also recommend afrihost to anyone as the have been my service provider since we started using WiFi ,I never had a problem with them .So thank you afrihost and Hopewell

They are cost effective, and are available 24/7 and all queries are handled on wattsapo , the service is super quick and you have a portal to log any queries or if you have connectivity issues , everything is accessible on their clientzone portal , I truly recommend them
