Iv been with Afrihost for almost 6 years now.
I had an issue ONCE and that was me being an idiot. Thankfully, the Afrihost team were there to help, single call me request with a phone call back in 3 minutes. 2 minutes on the Line with an amazing Service rep, and boom, problem solved.

I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side.
I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes.
Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service.

Afrihost has been a Brilliant Service Provider on every Level since I made the move in early 2019, not once can I fault their commitment to you as an individual and as their customer. A Special mention to Char Bonneau, wow, what an amazing person, every time we interact, I feel like Char is sitting right next to me or with my family / friends to help sort out the issue, or get a new service activated or just being there to find out if we okay.
