I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP. As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service. I have been with Afrihost for more than two years for my Fibre services in Cape Town and they are very efficient and professional. I moved to Pretoria in Centurion and it is a pity I don't see you in my area because I'm desperately in need of cheaper and professional Fibre services this side. I have 2 products with Afrihost, Mobile and Hosting. They have been fantastic. Hosting: Excellent speeds and service, I had an issue with a php file, and they solved it within 5 minutes. Mobile: The app is great and makes topping up easy. The price for data is the lowest I have seen, I pay for 5 gigs what I was paying for 1 gig with a different provider... Finally, I have had no signal issues. I 100% recommend Afrihost.

This is the only internet and mobile network provider that you should be with. Since taking out a fibre package with Afrihost 3 years ago I have only be wowed by them every step of the way. Their customer support is fantastic and entirely free. You can log a call back on their app for any issue where they call you within minutes. So no airtime or time spent holding on the line. Their sign process for all of their products is entirely digital and dead simple. Any changes you would want to make to you products like upgrades , downgrades, cancellations or new products is also a few clicks away on their website or app. I just signed up for their mobile offering AirMobile. I received my SIM card within a day of placing the order and I was up and running almost immediately. Great customer care is so hard to find these days but Afrihost has it absolutely waxed. Honestly, DO NOT CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE. Just sign up with Afrihost and you will thank me later.
