They all agree. Afrihost is the best

We have been with Afrrihost since the start of ADSL. Afrihost is the most cost effective of all the ISPs. They have upgraded the speed of the line on a few occasions at no extra cost. They evev upgraded our fibre from capped to uncapped at no extra cost. They relocated our fibre in a very short time. Support staff usually answer queries very quickly and are friendly and helpful. The owner of Afrihost Giaan, often contacts us personally about free upgrades and promotions. Afrihost is a very personalised ISP. Comparing our fibre speed it is cheaper than other ISPs.

Took Vodacom 58 days to try and resolve a circuit release on my fibre line, took afrihost 48hrs to get everything resolved and internet up and running again.

I have used Afrihost products for years, abd now finally I have their fibre installed. Never been disappointed with their service. They take customers seriously and never neglect them.

My isp is Afrihost but the fibre through Vuma. I never have issues with Afrihost. Always a lovely interaction with the agents. Vumatel seems to be the issue. I have had no internet for a few days now. This is not the first tike this has happened. Last time i was without internet for 14 days. And i not provided an extension or "free" month for the 14 day loss. Anyway. Afrihost has been absolutely fantastic with every interaction.
