I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

Afrihost has excellent whatsapp support. My internet somehow went down , I used the whatsapp number to report the problem & it was resolved within 15 minutes.
