Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

We have been with Afrihost for over a decade, using a range of their services, from early ADSL in Jhb, to fixed wireless and fibre in the Western Cape.
