One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.
