Been with Afrihost/Vumatel for 2 years and I must say I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t their fault. Usually in my area it’s damaged lines etc. My speeds are always consistent and such. Support is quick to answer and email correspondence is as equally fast sometimes I send an email and get a response back within minutes.

After sales service is in most cases a big problem with many companies, but certainly not at Afrihost. And there are many ways to help and be helped.
