Great customer service. I don't have to stay on the line for consultants. I can easily communicate via WhatsApp and it save me time and money. The previous service provider made me to wait when I called and I had to buy a lot of airtime to call them. I am happy with Afrihost.

I've been using them as a hosting provider for several domains for close to 10 years. I've always received immediate technical support whenever it was needed. I've never had downtime on any of my Afrihost domains and they are always happy to help even when the technical advice requested isn't actually within their scope of service. If I could give more I would. Sicelo was more than patient and unbelievably kind when I asked the stupid questions. What a massive asset to your company. This whole experience (move to you) has blown me away. Mind blowing quick less than 24 hours to bring in the cable to set up the banking and configure my set up. Your website FAQ and your interaction are predictive informative and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the move. Well done and thank you

I’ve been very happy with Afrihost. It’s just a pity that when I moved to the South Coast my SIM card was blocked. I cancelled my contract only to find out that if I updated my address with Afrihost my SIM card could have been unblocked and I could have continued with Afrihost. I subsequently signed up with another ISP for two years. Afrihost was really the more affordable option.
