I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly.
