I've been using them as a hosting provider for several domains for close to 10 years. I've always received immediate technical support whenever it was needed. I've never had downtime on any of my Afrihost domains and they are always happy to help even when the technical advice requested isn't actually within their scope of service. This company is an excellent business partner.

Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. While there is the occasional downtime with fibre, probably due to last mile providers etc, their support is the best, ive been a client for more than 15 years on and off. with everyhting from hosting services and more. I highly recommend them. they are a cut above the rest
