Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!! Well done to Afrihost and their amazing support team!!

The online whatsapp help line was fantastic and it's amazing to speak to a person and not a computer generated program, although those have their place. Was just fantastic and now we don't have to wait for someone to come to us.

This was the best experience I have had with a service provider ever. It is incredible that they call you and you don't have to wait for hours to be assisted. I love that I could do this online in the comfort of my home. Their website is user-friendly, such a pleasure for someone like me who struggles with technology! they are surely geared to make life easy in this world of technology.
