I have not had any problems. I get what I pay for and if there is a problem I have found that Afrihost is quick to resolve it or give a satisfactory explanation of the situation.

We have enjoyed Afrihost as a service provider in a small town (Kenton on Sea) for approximately three and a half years. During that time the system has dutifully given the stated upload/download speeds (50/25) of our chosen package on a virtually uninterrupted basis - in fact I cannot recall system crashes on more than two or three occasions. We very recently purchased a new property in KOS and I had the delightful experience of Lebo assisting me in the transfer. Overall, I could not rate thr Afrihost experience more highly..!

So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

Afrihost is my fibre heroes. Their customer service is awesome. I also use their cellphone package which make data on my cellphone very affordable. Honestly you can’t go wrong when Afrihost.
