Service was excellent again. When I struggled to set up email the service agent was effective, patient, friendly and professional. If you haven't used Afrihost, try them before going anywhere else. You will get excellent service

I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.

Was nice to deal with afrihost... Unfortunately im moving and they don't have a service there at the moment... But ill highly recommend the services they offer at Afrihos. Also their reaction time to get our fiber up and running if something out if their control happened like someone broke a pole and snapped the fiber cables was really outstanding.
