Been trying to get fibre installed at a holiday apartment in the coast Contacted Webafrica and agent was immediately available to process my order and contract Been trying to get a status of connection is a nightmare …. On 2 occasions . Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.
