Been with Afrihost in multiple properties since 2019 and not used anyone else since. Will recommend them all day, everyday. Not saying there aren't some issues from time to time, but they are swift with fault finding, easy fault reporting through various avenues and prioritize keeping you connected.

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

I've used AfriHost for the first time and I have to say their service is absolutely brilliant! Their WhatsApp chat service is amazing.. a wonderful staff member was able to assist me on a Sunday morning to get me set up and answer my questions.. its very rare to receive service like this.. thanks AfriHost!

If you want the best ISP and customer service, look no further. I do all my internet services through Afrihost from Fibre, Mobile and Hosting. Never experienced any issues, and their support staff is excellent.
