Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. Excellent Service!

I've had the pleasure of AFRIHOST services for many years now and can only sing their praises most highly. I find that my retiree age group are not familiar with Afrihost as you are not visible in the Malls etc so have not had much success in converting them from the regular Cell shops.

Long time user of Afrihost. The online portal and phone app gives me any info I want/need. Makes upgrading/changes very easy with its automations. Every time I had an issue the WhatsApp support sorts it quickly and friendly.
