I have 2 products with Afrihost, Mobile and Hosting. They have been fantastic. Hosting: Excellent speeds and service, I had an issue with a php file, and they solved it within 5 minutes. Mobile: The app is great and makes topping up easy. The price for data is the lowest I have seen, I pay for 5 gigs what I was paying for 1 gig with a different provider... Finally, I have had no signal issues. I 100% recommend Afrihost.

Just completed a support call with Muhluri D from Afrihost. As I have come to expect from Afrihost, the consultant was courteous, extremely professional, with excellent attention to details. Not once did I have to repeat myself. This excellence of service is in fact a norm when dealing with Afrihost, and the main reason I have remained with them for over 10 years. I received my simcard, turned out it won't work on my router. Another package was then recommended that would work on my router. Thus, I don't need to purchase another router...saving me money. The customer service agent was absolutely great! Professional and quick service!

The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system. He helped me clear that up and gave me great customer care. He was very patient with me and guided me throughout the whole process. Big up to him. He deserves a raise if a promotion.
