What I like about them is that, they have a WIFI help platform which means you can send them pictures of all those technical funny stuff that you don't even understand as you go along so that you and the operator are on the same page ,and you don't have to worry much about whether you've explained the problem to them correctly because they see it as well. This reduced my anxiety as the client during the entire process. LOL, I was setting up my WIFI router just incase you're wondering as to what happened because I had recently switched from another service provider, and boy am I glad I did. Anyways, I think I will be stuck with these guys for a very long time, and thankfully by choice!

Great company, l have only experienced world-class service. I taught English on-line for a season and never had and issues with speed etc for zoom calls to Taiwan, UK and Hong Kong. Their back office is ultra user-friendly and priced right. Highly recommend 🥇
