I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP.
As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time.

I've been with Afrihost since the 2020 pandemic when I started working from home full time. At the of the switch I was with another local service provider and was having consistent problems with the network. Signing on was quick and I was up and running before I needed to start my work day.
