Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

Afrihost has a WhatsApp chat, that assist with faults. I found this chat helpful. The person assisting was patient, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. This makes the process to get faults reported very easy.

The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best.
