They all agree. Afrihost is the best

In the past, with Afrihost the phone experience was quite good. Agents listened, and came back with relevant - and generally accurate - feedback. On the other hand, my experience with WhatsApp is somewhat mixed. I have had good sessions there. But on one occasion an agent said he'd get back to me. He didn't, then he closed the chat. With the chat closed I can't hold him to account. I then thought I'd try again, so I started a new chat with a new agent. I gave her a summary of my query so she could mentally prepare for the chat we'd have. Instead she copied and pasted two paragraphs of sales material and closed the chat. I still don't have the answer I require. Also, the callback is a great idea, But not at 8:30AM. I appreciate the pressure you're under with call volumes, and the overall quality of service that Afrihost has maintained over the years. This is not a whinge, but pointers that I sincerely hope may help.

The "pay as you go" type of service is wonderful. No long term contracts, no hidden small print. Afrihost makes the financial part of owning a cell phone really pain free.

The client portal where I can manage everything myself is great and if I need to talk to someone, the support staff is friendly and fast in resolving any issues. I have been with Afrihost for about 6-8 years (not sure), but during that time, I have never considered using another ISP. They are helpful and friendly. If the infrastructure causes problems, people always tend to blame the ISP when it’s not their fault. I like dealing with Afrihost they are the best ISP I ever dealt with.
