Just have a basic website and emails with Afrihost and I am no hosting expert, but the few times I have had issues, it was very easily solved over whatsapp.

I was struggling to make a payment with webafrica for 3 weeks and got fed up with them and ask to cancel my services with them, I then moved over to afrihost today and the agent named nandipha helped me and managed to get me connected in less than 10 minutes, so 10/10 to afrihost and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to move over to you guys.
