I migrated to Afrihost from another major ISP. I have only experienced excellent service thus far, dedicated support staff that walks the extra mile. Sisanda literally ran around to get my order sorted out and my router couriered to me. All the support staff that I dealt with on the WhatsApp Support line was as helpful and committed. I have been with a handful of ISP’s over the years. They have all been relatively good since fibre has come due to the networks being so stable. But o will say that in terms of helpfulness and customer care, Afrihost have been really a cut above. I am fussy and I’m also in tech so I’m used to the textbook support that is geared to cover all levels of understanding. But I have been very impressed with Afrihost. Their attitude has been superb which matter more than anything. They are so keen to help wher other ISP’s often give you the “that’s just how it is” responses. Generalizing, of course, but overall I am very happy with Afrihost and don’t think I will change in a hurry. Pricing is all so similar anyway and it comes down to service.
