I woukd like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent customer support ( Friday 30th May 25) I received when I requested a call fir a Wifi data top up.The young lady who assisted me was calm.kind patient and extremely helpful. She took her time to explain and ensure that everything was handled smoothly and never made me feel rushed. It was truly a pkeasant exoerience. To the young lady who helped me- Thank you , you were fantastic!!

I promised and update and here it is (albeit a few years late :-)). I've had a great experience with Afrihost. I think they provide value for your money and the speeds are good! Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff on the WhatsApp helpline. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last. My only issue and the reason for the 3 star rating and not 5 stars is that I had to follow-up on every step from confirming they had the right info with vumatel to my router being ready for collection. These are simple things to keep a client updated about. I shouldn't have to call the helpline for this. I will update my review once I have tested the speed.

So far I am 100% happy. So much better than a Call centre aS THAT WASTE HUGE AMOUNTS OF AIRTIME . You do need to wait to make contact but still far far better than a call Centre and calls dropping.
