Just ported over to Afrihost from the 1st of December but so far the service has been so much better than my previous ISP and not looking back. The quality of my broadband speed and responsiveness is better. The whatsapp support is great, responsive, friendly and most of all competent. Hope this continues.

I have an online company and every time we have a new employee onboard who needs internet I always recommend Afrihost. Let's be honest, who really knows the difference between MBps and MBs and the only throtteling I know is what I wanted to do to the people from Vodacom😅 (Kidding.. please don't sue me or something). Anyway, point is - Afrihost is great and you should definatly use them!

Tuesday 30 April 2024 My line with RSAWeb was cancelled. I've been very disappointed by their service lately. Their pricing didn't link accordingly with their service levels. Wednesday 01 May 2024 I signed up with Supersonic. Chose my package, submitted my documents, everything. Thursday 02 May 2024 The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic. Thursday 02 May 2024 I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged. Friday 03 May After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received. Monday 06 May I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order. I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time. Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me. I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯

Afrihost is amazing, even on a Sunday morning I can get my issue resolved through their what's app system. All done in about 2 minutes. Blown away.
