I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Afrihost is the best and I would definitely recommend them. Their customer service is friendly and the people are very helpful. It was incredibly fast service. (Something I have not experienced with any other internet company.)

UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...
