I had a response in short moment but unfortinately I got busy with other things ... and could only complete my query after 17:30. Then I called and was redirected to using WhatsApp.afrihost.com. Even though there have been some minor issues over the years the back service team has always been quick to respond and resolved the the issues very quickly. My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!!
