The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

No issues to date really. Maybe waaay in the beginning with addresses related to my residence and their system. But since then its been smooth sailing with absolute minimal down time.
