I received my simcard, turned out it won't work on my router. Another package was then recommended that would work on my router. Thus, I don't need to purchase another router...saving me money. The customer service agent was absolutely great! Professional and quick service!

Have had various services through Afrihost over the past 10 years and don't have issues that can't be resolved, domains, adsl and mobile services all work great for me.

Many channels to have any issues resolved, service is very good. I've never had any issues with afrihost. It's generally the end infrastructure provider that's the problem and afrihost does a good job relaying the issue and getting it resolve. Probably the best provider is SA at the moment I'd say

I can understand the slow response times as a result of staff working from home during the lock down and systems being redirected, otherwise awesome service delivery from Afrihost. Keep it up, guys!
