After a week of dealing with arrogant Supersonic agents I called Afrihost. Wow wow wow wow I was so impressed with the service I received from start to finish. I dealt with 3 agents and they were all very helpful and friendly. They took the time to listen and then explained everything to me without getting irritated or impatient. The last agent I spoke to was Kamo and again best service - he went to extra mile to assist me. Doesn't matter how many other ISPs I've tried in the last 30 years, I always seem to come back to Afrihost. Great support via MyBB forums as well. Just migrated 5 FTTH lines to Afrihost.

Afrihost is great if you are persistent with them else they don’t follow up with a new client to ensure that the customer is sorted. However their WhatsApp communication line is outstanding and your problems are immediately tackled there.

Been with Afrihost for years. I generally don't think of them as my connection just works. On the rare instance where I do need to reach out for help, they are always attentive, friendly, and provide very effective support.
