We moved over to Afrihost on a friends recommendation about 8 years ago, and have never looked back or regretted the move. Fantastic service, zero down time, specials/promotions happen often, Their 'clientzone' interface is intuitive and easy to use/manage your account. It's simply the best ISP I've been with (I've had my fair share of others), and I'm looking forward to many more years with Afrihost. Bad news about Afrihost no longer running Rain, so they cannot get any info when rain's network goes belly-up. And now to have to change to another provider which is too expensive. But the info from Afrihost was very helpful. I will just have to cripple on with Rain until I can afford to change. Update: Jan S helped out and gave me useful information. Updating to 5 stars.

Very happy with Afrihost, since 2018. Every few months they upgrade our fibre speed without charging more. Customer service is also top notch. Got a free router upgrade this week too. Keep it up.

Afrihost renders excellent client services throughout. They respond quickly when you request assistance. Their interactions are friendly, kind, understanding, and professional throughout the process.
