No waiting for 40 mins on a call to eventually not have your issues solved like my previous isp. Afrihost whatsapp chat is easy to use and responses are quick. And calling in on the toll free line gets you connected to knowledgeable technical staff that actually understands tech jargon.

For me, the key thing with ISPs is availability of support when the connectivity has issues. Afrihost’s support is on point. The fact that we can text on whatsapp makes things much easier, even better than they’re available even after hours (upto 19:30 during the week). The constant and timely updates for network issues helps ease frustrations when internet connection suddenly dies.

This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done
