My experience thus far is that Afrihost seems to have competent client facing people. When you explain a problem they understand, communicate effectively and take active steps to resolve it. I've been able to get assistance without hassles or holding or anything like that. Their portal is very easy to navigate and gets updated regularly to keep you informed. The Afrihost system has its problems, for instance I was billed and received confirmation that my line is active, yet no installation had taken place. They fixed this promptly though. Overall I'm very satisfied with Afrihost and Compared to Vodacom, Afrihost is tops! This is mostly due to their communication and their customer service people being competent and easy to reach.

I was once a customer of Afrihost for a number of years when I purchased my first property and all those years of having them as an ISP were splendid. I then went onto a different fibre provider because Afrihost wasn't available as a fibre ISP in that area. Now that I've moved to a new loaction, my first thought was to contact Afrihost for internet connectivity.
