I had problem with my route and chat service with Thandolwethu who was efficient effective and manage to resolve my query. Logging issued with my Router, with chat service he/she manage to trouble shoot and reset. Now I can manage users restrict and control. Its always good to work with Afrihost, yes there are some hiccups but this is sorted really quick if you bring it to their attention. There call support always tries to help you to the best of their ability. I have had a small few where it just seems like the caller is reading from a document and not using logic, most of them help you without those pre-typed questions and answers. The internet is good as well, stable for most of the month, when its not that stable you still get around 60% of your line. Well done on the work and efforts you put in.

Been with Afrihost for more than 20 years! From Dial-up to ISDN then ADSL and now Fibre! Never had connectivity other than National Internet outages. I've tried many ISP's. Afrihost is definatnevely the best. I have Pure Fibre and Pure Voip with Afrihost and while posting this review, my Pure Mobile Sim card is on the way and I know its gonna be worth waiting for another super product. Thank you Afrihost

Everything I have had to do through Afrihost has been fantastic. I needed support early hours of the morning, and it was sorted out in a few minutes. The staff member who helped me was incredibly friendly. The setup process of what I wanted to do was easy and seamless. Never thought I would ever give an ISP 5 stars, but Afrihost deserves 6. Their hosting services are pretty fantastic in my opinion.
