Yesterday i had problems with activation of my WIFI a guy called Simon was my consaltant who called after i sent a please call he then called me again to try fix it i was a little on the edge but he never gave up till my problem was solved. Ordered Pure Fibre 20 on 3 Dec. Openserve called on the 4th to schedule install and installed today 7 Dec. Just activated the my Fibre on my old B315 LTE router and it works! (while I wait for the new router I ordered to arrive). Love the WhatsApp support line, very quick responses. Love the ClientZone website. That was quick and painless!
