Earlier in Sept I applied and made a payment to vumatel to have fiber installed at my premises. After a month and still waiting for my fibre to be installed and with no promises from vumatel. I decided to apply through Afrihost. Their agents were very helpful. They help me to clear my residence from vumatel and the other ISP hold. I applied for fibre through Afrihost and the following day the fire was installed. I am impressed on how they kept me updated on the progress to the final activation on my account. I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.
