Service requests were attended to promptly and easily - the WhatsApp chat service channel is a winner! Very effective, and much more convenient than holding the line and burning airtime. i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area. a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.
