Afrihost's service today was really wonderful. I dealt with two consultants on WhatsApp. The first one couldn't help me because I had left home and the second one sorted out my Internet problem. The problem was not with Afrihost but a problem on the line. Vumatel is repairing it. I was truly amazed at their service on a Sunday. Well done Afrihost 👏.

Afrihost agents are always helpful and knowlegeable about what they do. The customer service is quick and effecient, they assist you with any matter within a matter of minutes. When they promise to get back to you, they actually do. Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel
