Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

I've been with Afrihost since the 2020 pandemic when I started working from home full time. At the of the switch I was with another local service provider and was having consistent problems with the network. Signing on was quick and I was up and running before I needed to start my work day. I've been dealing with Afrihost for many years now. They are a great hosting service provider at an affordable price. They have excellent support services and the walk in client centre in Rivonia is the best. I dont know of any othe SA hosting provider that still provide a face to face client centre. Please keep that direct link with the public open. In today's online world, this to me is what sets Afrihost apart from its competition. Direct, face to face support when you need it.
