Great backup and sales services. Great speeds. Easy to navigate website. (Use Ctrl + scroll to navigate application form.) I'm on LTE and I'm getting on average 50mbps but it does go to 90mbps sometimes. I'm in JHB south where there is no ADSL or fiber available. Hope you install it first. I do recommend Afrihost.

From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone
