Their whatsapp assistant is fast and reliable. One of their agent by the name of Vuyo M, he went beyond to what I was expecting and assisted me, he kept asking if I was still there and solved my problem on the go. We need more people like Vuyo.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. I loved the fact that I used to be a client of Afrihost's and didn't need to fill in any new applications or provide documentation for a fibre connection. Signing up took five minutes and installation about 30 minutes. What a breeze!
