INCREDIBLE SERVICE! For the first time since our installation our fibre line went off. So on a Sunday morning I tried out the Whatsapp Service and spoke to Thulanie. He was very helpful but I wasn't expecting a solution at least for a few days... 3 hours didn't pass when Thabang (the technician) phoned me and said he was at my gate. He was kind and most helpful. I'm beyond grateful that our line was fixed at such a speedy pace and with such a great attitude from both Thulanie and Thabang. This gives me so much hope for our country!

I don't know what to say about Bryce, its like he was seating in my brains and understanding me to the core. His service is world-class, the level of articulations of client problems is outstanding and he even suggest solutions that clients did not even think about, meaning he has a 360 understanding or products, solutions.
