They all agree. Afrihost is the best

After months of struggling with my previous provider I decided to cancel and switch to afrihost on a friend's recommendation. The process was started Saturday evening and by Tuesday afternoon everything was working - fantastic customer service.

No problems with Afrihost contrary to some other people's experiences. Maybe I'm lucky, caught their support staff on a good day or they're trying the best they can and make mistakes sometime. Anyway, based on my experiences with my current fibre line, UPS, one domain with the low end shared hosting, I have received nothing but excellent service for the amount of money I pay every month.

From Lindokuhle, the agent who assisted me via WhatsApp, to James at the gate, the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), and Happy, the gentleman who assisted me at collections.
