Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available. It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.
