Afrihost is a very reliable business their customer service support is top tier. I chatted with one of their agents over WhatsApp regarding my fibre line interruption. The very next morning a team was sent and resolved my issue. It turns out the guys that mow our lawn had cut through the fibre wire that runs through the box on the outside.

My complaints were literally from a little less familiarity with how things worked. So, in my confusion I may have felt an exaggerated level of disappointment. But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!
