So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.

I have not had any problem with my mtn lte uncapped afrihost package, speed has been consistent and i would like to thank an agent called Ricky S for being proffessional and willing to help he was very helpful and made my experience better. Moved to Cape Town and there was a different ISP at the premises, tried to contact them to take over the line as the previous owner had no issues with them? Tried to contact them a couple of times and kept forwarded to a bott, 10 min on WhatsApp then the call gets closed? So I contacted Afrihost, they got me up and running in under 24 hours. They had to get the line forcefully taken over as the owner was in his notice period. Was always kept in the loop on email. Good work from the sales and technical team.
