This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done

I've been struggling with Webafrica for more than 2 weeks and I got told they can't pin my location on vumatels portal (make no mistake this was after reaching out to me on Facebook saying they will sort it out in 2-3 days )......I decided enough is enough and told them to cancel .....contacted afrihost and in 20 minutes process was completed and payment was made for the installation to take place. 20 minutes it took to resolve an issue plaguing me for 2 weeks.
