I was with Afrihost years ago with only the best service and quick response when a fault occurred. I moved to my current location and were with another ISP and not so happy. I decided to go back to Afrihost and while the problem is not fully resolved yet, the service on their WhatsApp line on Saturday was professional, helpful and friendly. No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!
