Afrihost is actually super easy to work with. I just wish they weren't so dependent on Vuma, because the fibre line support from Vuma is really poor.

Experience is always good but I think payfast need to work on there links that direct you how to do things "changing card info" it's not the same as what you see on the screen

Afrihost has been my ISP for 6 years now. I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily.
