Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. I've been with so many providers over the years and it's taken me this long (and many grey hairs) to finally come around to Afrihost. Their service is next level. Probably what it should be but after having so many issues with everyone from Vox to Telkom to Frog to You Name It, just getting this feels like a dream. Their customer service is real time and efficient. Their connectivity is virtually uninterrupted. Any questions or issues are resolved promptly via Whatsapp or they'll call you if it needs more assistance. The ClientZone makes it easy to navigate and manage your account, invoices, credits, etc. I'll never stop recommending Afrihost as the internet service provider of choice. They're far superior to anything else out there.

It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.

Good quality service. I had an issue with my line, but The whatsapp option to raise issues is awesome. Feedback is provided very quickly and my issues resolved within less than 15 minutes. No issues from my side. Rarely do we have internet issues or experience long periods of downtime.
