Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. Afrihost customer service is fantastic and it has been a pleasure to start an account and deal with them and their superb deals. HOWEVER, one of the courier companies that they use is useless and has a terrible rating so I am not sure why they still use them. Really puts a damper on the great service from Afrihost. Hoping if anyone sees this they can be aware, and also, if someone at Afrihost is reading this perhaps its something to reconsider as I am imagine I am not the only person who has had issues with Courier-it.
