I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's.
I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application.
Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it.
Keep up the good service and I wish you guys well and many more signed on happy client's. 👍🙏😁

With all of South Africa's challenges due to load shedding and loosing work time we don't need Afrihost to add to our load. Great customer service. I don't have to stay on the line for consultants. I can easily communicate via WhatsApp and it save me time and money. The previous service provider made me to wait when I called and I had to buy a lot of airtime to call them. I am happy with Afrihost.

Been with Afrihost since 2017. I have experienced low latency throughout the years with a rock solid network. I really like the Clientzone app. It is easy to use. It also allows you to monitor your network on the go and upgrading your line is a breeze. They offer a rage of products and services to meet anyone's internet needs. General QoS has been rock solid. Afrihost are good in communication. Using the WhatsApp support chat and getting real technical support from a REAL person is really appreciated. No computer generated prompts! I'm pleased with Afrihost service. In my honest opinion. Will you be paying a bit more than some other ISP's? Yes! But it also means you'll be getting better service which makes it worth paying a little bit more. There is no better ISP at this moment. Keep up the good work 👍
