They are the best at response time and solutions. Highly recommend them. Best internet service provider experience I've had. No waiting for hours on a call or days for an email to be responded to. Quick and efficient. I ordwred my line yeatetday evening and got it all setup this morning. I had a hiccup and once I called was resolved within less than 5min. In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost.
