They make contacting them so convenient through whatsapp and always able to resolve the problem in a timeously manner. Great customer service experience I have received by Tumelo(technical dept) he went over and above to assist me even after his shift.
That young man kept to his word when he said he needs to leave but will give me a call once he gets home and thats what he did,a man of his word.

My complaints were literally from a little less familiarity with how things worked. So, in my confusion I may have felt an exaggerated level of disappointment. But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!

I don't know what to say about Bryce, its like he was seating in my brains and understanding me to the core. His service is world-class, the level of articulations of client problems is outstanding and he even suggest solutions that clients did not even think about, meaning he has a 360 understanding or products, solutions. His problems solving skills is what amazed me, and within minutes we solved a problem that i thought was a huge one. The big attributes that he has are: Willingness to help not just because he is working, but his desire to connect and help clients and the Love for his work/job, Patience, Diligence, Great Customer Support.
I can literally spend the whole day expressing the experience i felt as a customer, but there is something about him that words cannot explain.
