The fibre cable got damaged from the recent strong winds causing the loss of an internet feed. Within 1 hour, of reporting the fault, a technician arrived to address the issue, very good service, hopefully the fault can be rectified soonest.

I’ve experienced intermittent interruptions, which I would say is normal considering WIFI in general. However, the WhatsApp help is unmatched. I’ve spoken to Raymond M, Vutisani M and Happiness R; all three were professional, quick and extremely helpful. They match your energy and help you with detailed instructions and great patience.
