Excellent customer services and very very speedy. I signed up yesterday. The customer journey was seamless as it took me 5min to sign up. Router has been delivered. Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful. Have had various services through Afrihost over the past 10 years and don't have issues that can't be resolved, domains, adsl and mobile services all work great for me.

Its always good to work with Afrihost, yes there are some hiccups but this is sorted really quick if you bring it to their attention. There call support always tries to help you to the best of their ability. I have had a small few where it just seems like the caller is reading from a document and not using logic, most of them help you without those pre-typed questions and answers. The internet is good as well, stable for most of the month, when its not that stable you still get around 60% of your line. Well done on the work and efforts you put in.
