I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference. I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work.
