I have been using Afrihost for business hosting services for almost 10 years. Over the years their service just keeps getting greater! The WhatsApp channel support is amazing and timeous! I once had issues while in the U.S. and had my OTP set to cellphone number and therefore could retrieve it. I chatted to an agent on the WhatsApp channel and all issues were resolved instantly. My service stopped unexpectedly last night. This morning I connected with Afrihost via their WhatsApp chat (link was in monthly email). The service was prompt and efficient. The agent refreshed my line and I powered down for 5 five minutes and service was back. Fortunately I had mobile data to use WhatsApp, otherwise it would be a problem. 😁
