My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! I enjoy interacting with the Whatsapp service of Afrihost, the more I have used it the more I find I understand of what I am trying to achieve with hosting, security. Although sometimes it may take a while for the assistant to be available, once they are attending to your enquiry, they are fully on board and very attentive to assist. It's a good experience.

Afrihost is great service provider. Based on area and Fibre provider, they are no longer the most cost effective unfortunately. Another price increase means I will be looking for cheaper alternates. Possibly even LTE sadly.
