I've just connected with afrihost since this morning there helpful team and also octotel personnel has made me review and cancel my order with vodacom which I've been struggling now for a week and when I canceled it still showed pending. AFRIHOST ur website and whattsapp help team is awesome I spoke to Andile last and had to give him a 10/10. Also Stella with octotel is next level. My problem was attended to with great professionalism and I was kept in the loop all the time on how the issue was being attended to. Great service and great results!! In the past, with Afrihost the phone experience was quite good. Agents listened, and came back with relevant - and generally accurate - feedback. On the other hand, my experience with WhatsApp is somewhat mixed. I have had good sessions there. But on one occasion an agent said he'd get back to me. He didn't, then he closed the chat. With the chat closed I can't hold him to account. I then thought I'd try again, so I started a new chat with a new agent. I gave her a summary of my query so she could mentally prepare for the chat we'd have. Instead she copied and pasted two paragraphs of sales material and closed the chat. I still don't have the answer I require. Also, the callback is a great idea, But not at 8:30AM. I appreciate the pressure you're under with call volumes, and the overall quality of service that Afrihost has maintained over the years. This is not a whinge, but pointers that I sincerely hope may help.

What I like most about Afrihost is that when help is needed, they put me in touch with friendly, well trained and professional HUMANS. Their support staff have always been fast, courteous and able to sort out my problems. It's the human touch and their decision to not have me speak with yet another chatbot that directs me to a self-help article that makes Afrihost the superior service in my view, and the reason we run 3 businesses on their hosting.
