I think afrihost they are doing excellent in helping their customers i was with them today from 14:30 up util 19:26 they did not ignore me they did listen to my broblem and help me how to solve it even is not yet finished we will rap up tomorrow morning i give them 100% weldone afrihost keep up the good work.

My complaints were literally from a little less familiarity with how things worked. So, in my confusion I may have felt an exaggerated level of disappointment. But it takes cool, calm, respectful...very respectful and above all, professional people to address a confused and angry individual, and leave them smiling! Great impact Afrihost team. Every agent I have interacted with has been a tard too much respectful it got a little irritating and embarrassing, actually!

They will stay on the line and guide you step by step until you are sorted, whether its a technical problem or admin issue. They can call me back if I need them to.
