Customer support is definitely a major priority for Afrihost. The agents I have dealt with over the course of the past two weeks have been amazing at trying to sort us out. Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.
