As a long time Vodacom Fibre customer, I need to look for a new service provider as Vodacom Fibre couldn't resolve 2.4GhZ connectivity for over 7 weeks (since 13 April 2025) with numerous calls and reference numbers, all simply got closed without any resolution I asked ChatGPT for the best and most reliable Fibre Service Provider in Johannesburg, South Africa and Afrihost was the highest ranking and most recommended by ChatGPT. During a recent fibre outage I had, I elected to contact Afrihost Support via WhatsApp. I figured this would probably ruin most of my Friday evening at home but I was very pleasantly surprised when Pamela came back to me within a minute or two of the automated reply from the Support line. Pamela had me up & running within 10 minutes which included a mandatory 5-minute shut-down of my ONT box & Router. I was up and running again in about the same amount of time it would have taken me to prepare a decent cup of coffee! Excellent support service from her :-) !

Great sim card that wont let you down. Is load shedding fading off ur network connection- leaving u in the dark and also without connection?? No problem! cause the network of this sim card is top-notch- stays connected even when it's 7 years of load shedding. The internet speed is to die for and what i love most about this masterpiece of a sim card is it's slow call ratings( believe me you could talk for hours 🤳). So if a speedy internet + lowest call rating is your thing ( at an amazing price 😃) then Afrihost is for you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ N.B you wont regret it that's a fact.
