UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Excellent staff. They are by far the best at what they do. I wouldn't have my fiber with anyone else. The app is so helpful. Any issues with the fiber is sorted out so fast. I would highly recommend
