Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.
