5 star, yes we are expected as service uses to have issues with network or cable, n yes we are expected delay in repairs or resolving issues, at 1st I had to be persistent on requesting a technician to come out and view the situation as I knew the fault was a broken line, 😉 the issues few after that I understood to process and had all required info ready, and the mater was resolved faster and more effective, sometimes we as humans needs to be lil understanding and everything will be okay...

I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that.
