I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Afrihost today. I ordered a fibre package with Afrihost today and the fibre line was installed on the same day! I am now just waiting for my router to be delivered. I received constant feedback during the day via email and I am really impressed with how quickly everything went. Thank you!

I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.

I’ve been very happy with Afrihost. It’s just a pity that when I moved to the South Coast my SIM card was blocked. I cancelled my contract only to find out that if I updated my address with Afrihost my SIM card could have been unblocked and I could have continued with Afrihost. I subsequently signed up with another ISP for two years. Afrihost was really the more affordable option.

I highly recommend Afrihost , I’ve been with them now for a year, struggled through loadshedding and my wife working from home with them, I’ve always had the best and extremely quick customer service with them. Only cancelled now due to relocation and installation cost with frogfoot being a bit high. If a free installation package becomes available I will definitely be switching back. All the best.

Afrihost never dissapoints!! Internet service is never interrupted. All employees are very helpful whether its on WhatsApp chat or telephonically. Best ISP ever!!
