I've been struggling with Webafrica for more than 2 weeks and I got told they can't pin my location on vumatels portal (make no mistake this was after reaching out to me on Facebook saying they will sort it out in 2-3 days )......I decided enough is enough and told them to cancel .....contacted afrihost and in 20 minutes process was completed and payment was made for the installation to take place. 20 minutes it took to resolve an issue plaguing me for 2 weeks.

We have made our losses with MWeb. Just started the process with Afrihost and we are amazed!! The customer service is great and get a response within a minute, MWeb is touch and go with hours of waiting periods. Phone MWebs customer care service it takes hours, but their sales department is on point, they’ll sell you something so you stuck and then you’re no longer a priority to them
