I've been with so many providers over the years and it's taken me this long (and many grey hairs) to finally come around to Afrihost. Their service is next level. Probably what it should be but after having so many issues with everyone from Vox to Telkom to Frog to You Name It, just getting this feels like a dream. Their customer service is real time and efficient. Their connectivity is virtually uninterrupted. Any questions or issues are resolved promptly via Whatsapp or they'll call you if it needs more assistance. The ClientZone makes it easy to navigate and manage your account, invoices, credits, etc. I'll never stop recommending Afrihost as the internet service provider of choice. They're far superior to anything else out there.

This was the best experience I have had with a service provider ever. It is incredible that they call you and you don't have to wait for hours to be assisted. I love that I could do this online in the comfort of my home. Excellent service. WhatsApp chat very helpful... Been with Afrihost for years and service is excellent. Staff always helpful. Pricing of products great. Suggest Mtn data offered by Afrihost consider offering specific WhatsApp data purchase for those that need to use WhatsApp for work purposes whereby WhatsApp data and calls be used for WhatsApp only and STD data be used for general internet usage. Ensures that if STD data runs out u still have WhatsApp data for WhatsApp use for work and emergency and calls. Something Afrihost must try to negotiate with mtn and offer to Afrihost/Mtn clients additional to the STD data pckg offers.
