I've been using them as a hosting provider for several domains for close to 10 years. I've always received immediate technical support whenever it was needed. I've never had downtime on any of my Afrihost domains and they are always happy to help even when the technical advice requested isn't actually within their scope of service. This whole experience (move to you) has blown me away. Mind blowing quick less than 24 hours to bring in the cable to set up the banking and configure my set up.
