Using this service provider for over 7 years, no issues, and their customer desk and service is better than almost most banks and insurance companies, how is it Mtn, Vodacom and Telkom who Afrihost use as partners cannot match Afrihost service, strange indeed. Keep up the good work Afrihost!

My experience thus far is that Afrihost seems to have competent client facing people. When you explain a problem they understand, communicate effectively and take active steps to resolve it. I've been able to get assistance without hassles or holding or anything like that. Their portal is very easy to navigate and gets updated regularly to keep you informed. The Afrihost system has its problems, for instance I was billed and received confirmation that my line is active, yet no installation had taken place. They fixed this promptly though. Overall I'm very satisfied with Afrihost and Compared to Vodacom, Afrihost is tops! This is mostly due to their communication and their customer service people being competent and easy to reach.

Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.

Afrihost is in my opinion the best ISP, their support is Excellent and i never have to wait longer than 10 seconds to talk to a support engineer when needed. Highly recommend Afrihost to anyone.
