Placed an order for fibre on 06th July and fully set up on 12th July. Literally 6 days later, I'm super impressed with Afrihost & Vumatel and look forward to a good journey with both companies. I had a bit of a connection issue with my router, but after a 5 minute conversation on whatsapp with Sindile from Afrihost, my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you so much!

No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

I love Afrihost! The registration was a little of a struggle because it was new to me. Getting to register my Router on their APN and just the payment method also. But once I was set, everything was smooth sailing ever since. Great custmer care, tops service! Awesome company this is!

One of the better internet service providers out there. There tech support is outstanding and well trained on there products. The best feature of this company is when they say to you, they’re going to call you back they always do. Keep it up guys. I’m a very happy customer.
