Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last

Thanks team. I think it would be a useful exercise to keep track of how customers have been helped. I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼

Have been with Afrihost for more than 3 years now and I love their service. I'm on a month-to-month contract so I can cancel any time, but I have never felt the need to cancel. The internet signal is reliable and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service team. :)
