Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.
