We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!

Super efficient service from Thulanie at afrihost. I find the WhatsApp chat services really excellent as you are instantly helped and not left hanging on a line endlessly. All has been logged with necessary providers etc. Painless for me which was great.
