No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

Excellent service from your team. These products are all about service, you can have the best products but without this level of service you are just like everyone else. I had a few small problems getting going but every member of staff that I had contact with went above and beyond to get a solution. I was a customer of yours twice before but left due to you not having the product I needed at the time not due to service problems. Maybe can you have some photos of your various teams and team members so we can put faces to the team member behind the voice or words on the Whatsapp or email.

Afrihost provides great signal strength and hardly gives trouble. They have a WhatsApp support chat line that makes it easy for you to log issues or ask for help. They can contact Evotel for you so that you don't need to worry about trying to contact Evotel. You also get sent a ticket number. I can recommend signing up with them.
