I really love Afrihost and how seamless they are with their support. I use to be with them but my current apartment doesn't have them as an ISP. I contacted them to assist my mom and they assisted so quickly. Unfortunately the matter isn't sorted due to loadshedding but I know if the problem was on their side they would've sorted it out already. Thank you Morris D for being so amazing!

always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . Khanyisile was extremely patient and efficient. May not have been able to give a solution to my network issue but came up with an alternative solution. I just switched from another service provider and I’m glad I did!! Super consultant!!
