I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.

Amazing, I got from registering to delivery from Thursday afternoon to Monday, if it wasn't for the weekend I probably would have got it sooner. You RICA with them and everything is activated as soon as you open your package, just plug in, enter your password and you good to go. Signal is awesome as well.
