Just ported over to Afrihost from the 1st of December but so far the service has been so much better than my previous ISP and not looking back. The quality of my broadband speed and responsiveness is better. The whatsapp support is great, responsive, friendly and most of all competent. Hope this continues.

Most companies/ISPs don't have whatsapp to easily communicate our issues, or they have bots to answer us which is never good. Afrihost has very good consultant and I've always received good troubleshooting skills from them

I had three very helpful agents try and test the same thing on my fibre line and each time the outcome was that it is a fibre issue and not anything related to AfriHost. It took up 2.5 hours of my time and it was unnecessary 🙏🏼
