When it doesn't - it's both easy to report and feedback is quick. And best of all, their systems and product offerings are actually in the client's interest - no long contract terms, you can get any product month to month. It's simple and frictionless to cancel or downgrade/upgrade products on the app.

Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.
