The fibre cable got damaged from the recent strong winds causing the loss of an internet feed. Within 1 hour, of reporting the fault, a technician arrived to address the issue, very good service, hopefully the fault can be rectified soonest.

I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.

All i can say is that if you looking for a network or sim card that is fast, reliable and always available whenever you need it, trust afrihost to give you that, furthermore i wanted to test my AfriHost sim coverage so i travelled from Johannesburg all the way to Mesina and their network and internet was still smooth and quick, what more would you ask for from a network?, nothing..Get yours before its late, Afrihost keep it up.

Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy!
