I've been using Afrihost for a few years now. I hardly experience down time or issues. If I do have an issue its easy to get hold of them I've used email and WhatsApp. They're fast to respond and eager to assist. I'd recommend them any day.

Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful. i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area. a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.
