Their personalised WhatsApp system js a game changer for me. I wasn’t dealing with a bot but an actual person who could guide me. The consultant over WhatsApp was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given the complexity of the matter it took hours but they were there guiding me every step of the way. I usually don't like doing reviews, but it helps with transparency for other people out there & for the business to see if they are doing things right. I have been dealing with Afrihost for around 20 years. All in all, they must be the best option out there for Fibre, Mobile packages, etc. Once you have had to deal with Helkom or (not so) Openserve or even Vodacom, MTN - you will have a refreshing experience with Afrihost. Just do some research first into the products & services. Or ask for them to call you if there is too much info overload on their website & you are unsure of which option to look into or choose. Try them for free too ... on current offers - under "Air Mobile" menu option.
