Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy! Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost. None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory. Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP. I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.
