I have been a customer of Afrihost for several months now and I am blown away by their excellent service. From the moment I signed up, their customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Since then, my internet speeds have been consistently fast and reliable, even during peak usage times. Anytime I have had an issue, their support team has been quick to respond and resolve the problem. I just want to say how happy I am with afrihost. In 2019 when I moved house and I had to change to a different ISP due to cost of installation via vumatel etc. long story. I was sad to let afrihost go. Now being in a position of going back to afrihost they are not disappointing my decision. Having issues with migration as previous ISP is not releasing the line. Afrihost (which I am technically not a client of yet) is bending backwards to get my problems sorted. Thank you afrihost for confirming my decision with such great service. Happy customer indeed
