Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

I wanted a second independent fiber connection to the same house address - one apartment upstairs with a tenant in another apartment downstairs.
