I’ve moved homes several times, and getting fibre up and running has always been a headache. It usually took more than a week, and I never once had it working on the same day I moved in. This time, with Afrihost and Openserve, the experience was completely different. Afrihost kept me in constant communication with regular updates, so I always knew what was happening. On the actual moving day, there was even a missing cable — and they had a technical agent on-site within 2 hours to fix it! I was honestly blown away.
