Was nice to deal with afrihost... Unfortunately im moving and they don't have a service there at the moment... But ill highly recommend the services they offer at Afrihos. Also their reaction time to get our fiber up and running if something out if their control happened like someone broke a pole and snapped the fiber cables was really outstanding. I used them for 2 years and could not fault their service once

I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. Good quality service. I had an issue with my line, but The whatsapp option to raise issues is awesome. Feedback is provided very quickly and my issues resolved within less than 15 minutes. No issues from my side. Rarely do we have internet issues or experience long periods of downtime.

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.
