I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.

No ISP comes close to what Afrihost can deliver. They talk the talk, and they definitely walk the walk. I recently moved from that horrid "lime green ISP" - best decision ever made! Rather stick with Afrihost who knows what it means to be customer centric and provide excellent service.

Maybe the best service provider in South Africa possibly the world. Any issues that I've faced have been resolved in a timely manner even as far as during early mornings (2am). They are always friendly and put you first. They offer total control over your account and subscription allowing you to upgrade and downgrade as your wallet allows. I recommend them to anyone that is in need of fast internet and service.
