Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28 October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their service is remarkable.

From Lindokuhle, the agent who assisted me via WhatsApp, to James at the gate, the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), and Happy, the gentleman who assisted me at collections. Each one left a positive impression. I even told Happy how impressed I was with their service; it’s clear they’ve been trained well.
