December started with a sour experience with Web Africa where it took 9 days for them to tell me that I would only have internet around Christmas at my new unit. I was desperate to get my family connected and with a few clicks, and not even a day later, Afrihost had my pure wireless bundle ready for use. This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done

One of the best things about Afrihost, in my opinion, is the ability to chat directly with a real person via WhatsApp. I honestly wish more companies offered this! Well done to Afrihost for using technology in such a helpful and client-focused way!
