Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Had a problem accessing the internet using my mobile data. Sanele refreshed my Sim and told me to put my phone on flight mode then to turn my phone off for 5 minutes. Once back on I turned on mobile data and it worked perfectly. I had been struggling for 2 days prior within 10 minutes on WhatsApp via wifi I was back up & sorted. Awesome
