I first shifted my sim cards to Airmobile. The process was smooth and the experience so far has be outstanding. When I wanted to register a domain and Afrihost was my first choice. Service was excellent again. When I struggled to set up email the service agent was effective, patient, friendly and professional. If you haven't used Afrihost, try them before going anywhere else. You will get excellent service

They were all super informative answered all my questions with ease and kindness, excitedly waiting for my fiber to be delivered! Please keep up the awesome service. I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful. They did not just tell me to do a standard router reboot, she kept asking me to run a few tests and even though she got me to realise a higher speed, she went the extra mile and checked the settings on her end and got me the actual speed I was paying for. Well done Afrihost, great platform and good on you for getting competent staff on the frontline. I would recommend Afrihost to anyone.

With everyone's complaints regarding their providers, I'm really glad I went with Afrihost. The app is always updated and lets you know where an issue might be, while their staff and whatsapp chat never fails.
