Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available. 5 star, yes we are expected as service uses to have issues with network or cable, n yes we are expected delay in repairs or resolving issues, at 1st I had to be persistent on requesting a technician to come out and view the situation as I knew the fault was a broken line, 😉 the issues few after that I understood to process and had all required info ready, and the mater was resolved faster and more effective, sometimes we as humans needs to be lil understanding and everything will be okay...
