Thank you for your help. The service has been outstanding! I signed up with RSA web last week with a promise it would Activated on the 15th, when I called them yesterday they were still busy with the process and said they still needed to do an affordability check lol, I cancelled last night and signed up with afrihost and within 24 hours I have fibre. Something they couldn't do in 7 days you guys didn't in 24 hours. You guys are really awesome!

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.
