I dealt with Tumelo T on netflix's infamous error code nw-2-5. Honestly the best experience with a technical agent. Tumelo was thorough and considerate throughout, ensuring all changes reflected and updated. Sure, it felt like going through the wringer of a compsci paper mess but damn if it wasn't Handled. By far one of the best ISP around. Maybe i haven't heard of other companies but afrihost assist on weekends as well, which is excellent if you are having a movie or series marathon and the internet boms out suddenly.
