Afrihost on my phone is great! So easy to top up and the app works well. Afrihost for our home WiFi is shockingly bad. Extremely slow most of the time unfortunately

90% of the time I am very happy with Afrihost. Now-and-then (load shedding problems?) I experience some slowdown, but mostly very happy with them.

Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

I enjoy to have this ISP Afrihost, they quick to help and don't take long to get help. Thy don't give u false information. They communicate with you via WhatsApp to us it's the best and easy.

Mpho.b stayed on the line with me from 4:20pm to 7pm! Well past normal hours. He was tenacious and tried various things to get my service working. As a non-IT person, he was clear and patient with my fumblings. I had a complex issue and he managed to resolve it. Thank you! Also LOVE the whatsapp channel for fault finding.
