i had payment problems because my bank card expired but the consultant at Afrihost whats app was so helpful. I was sorted out completely. I will advise anyone to make use of Afrihost. They are just great . the response when you have a problem is phenomenal. Come to Afrihost guys!!!!!

I have been an Afrihost client for many years. My experience with them has been of a very stable network, good communication on their website on the rare occasions that it has been down, reasonably priced. My experience with their WhatsApp helpline has also been positive.

Afrihost is in my opinion the best ISP, their support is Excellent and i never have to wait longer than 10 seconds to talk to a support engineer when needed. Highly recommend Afrihost to anyone.

Would like to commend Harold from the Technical Department for the most amazing service. I had an problem with connectivity that initially did not seem like it could be resolved. Harold went the extra mile to solve the issue - nothing was too much trouble. He continued to pursue the issue over a number of days and kept me informed all along the way.
