Very good service friendly and very helpfull. I have been with Afrihost for many many years and i have very little problems. But if i havea problem they fix it very quickly and very professionaly. The best not like Rain uncapped Wifi. Endless problems with their product so i am back on my old Afrihost pakage.

The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best. I must admit, it has been a frustrating two days. After being without connection for two days, speaking to multiple agents and although they tried to assist and confirmed that the issue lied with Afrihost, they were unable to assist us and escalated our issue to a manager. We had to keep following up and even sent photos attached to emails without success in getting our issue resolved. Tonight, via the WhatsApp Chanel, we were fortunate enough to speak to Rendani. Although we had to redo everything again(for the 11th time) Rendani went further and solved our problem. Wish we were fortunate enough to speak to him on the very first day. Thank you Rendani it's because of agents like you, that Afrihost receives 5* reviews and we will keep recommending as the best Fibre company.
